Lovely traditional style apartment that felt like a proper house. Based within the walled city with close proximity to the historic square. Having access to the affiliated hotel meant we could use the lovely pool whenever we wanted. It was about 2 miles away but we had a hire car. We had to park about a mile away but it was a lovely, healthy scenic stroll and we appreciated the exercise.
I would struggle to find fault and the only thing I can think of is that we found the pillows to be uncomfortable, so we bought softer pillows. Only personal preference. I told you I would struggle to find fault!

We had the 2 br apt in town. Great view from kitchen/living room of Tuscany and great view of piazza from bedroom. Breakfast was great. Dozens of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location just inside the walls of the town! Large, comfortable apartment, and the check-in/check-out procedure was very easy. Just call them and they will show you to your room!
I have nothing negative to say

Amazing B&B, very well located, spacious, clean. The family taking care of the B&B were very helpful. We stayied at an appartment at the center, but were also able to visit the main B&B location and it seems amazing!! I would love to return.
nothing! the place was amazing, checkin and checkout processes were very easy.

Clean and well-equipped apartment right on the town square. Breathtaking views over Tuscany. Great value for the price.
Expect to climb a lot of stairs.

The apartment was in a good location but did not really match the description or photos given.
When we arrived at the place we were to collect the key the host was busy on a call the entire time. We had to wait initially but the phone call continued for a very long time so the host chose to conduct our check in and process our payment while talking on the phone. He did not even take the time to introduce himself. The whole process was rushed and not hospitable at all. The photos and description are not accurate. The apartment is actually 2 bedroom so the floor space of 70square meters includes another bedroom not living space. and for 2 persons not very usable space. The blue and white bathroom shown is NOT the one in the apartment at all, the shower is very small and the decor very dated. The view of the town is not the view from the apartment. The bed was very hard, the spare pillows had dirty pillow cases and when I put them out to be changed they were returned back to the drawers dirty. The shower head was broken, but this was repaired quite quickly (2 days), the dishwasher made the dishes dirty not clean and so we had to hand wash everything but only a small amount of watered down detergent was provided. A shelf inside the fridge door was broken. There was no clothes rack provided even though it is listed in the description.

The location was amazing, right in the old part of the city. The balcony has the most amazing views of the Tuscan country side and sunrise!

The pool facilities at the farm outside of town were fabulous. We chose to stay in the historic town so most room photos don’t apply (they’re from the accommodation at the farm) but we had no issues at all with the room in town. It’s in a great location at one end of the historic centre and easy access to everywhere in San Gimignano. The farm is around a 30 minute walk from the town accommodation and we were glad we chose to stay where we did, given we could use the pool facilities when we wanted too. Breakfast was in a building around a 3 minute walk away (from the town accommodation) and there was a wide variety of breakfast items available, mostly hand served by a lovely Italian woman. Breakfast is served until 9.30am, not 10am. Andrea was great. He picked us up from the bus stop and drove us and our luggage to the accommodation. Luckily we didn’t have much as it was a Fiat car. Overall, we hand a great two days in San Gimignano, mostly attributed to this booking.

The pool is amazing, straight out of Pinterest! We pass two days at the pool, where we could order excellent home made meal and coffee.

really wonderful location in the heart of Gimignano. Breakfast is delicious and very vast selection
pool is actual outside of the city property and not next to the room (accommodation)

The location just off the square is fantastic. Room was quite large and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The Wi-Fi worked well too.
Air-conditioning was and still is shown as ticked when searching for this property. There is no A/C at all. It also said it would have a view of the city and/or the countryside. We had neither. The view was down a back alleyway overgrown with weeds which was a big disappointment (see photo). The room was so hot and no combination of opening windows and/or drawing curtains made any difference. A fan was provided which only pushed hot air around. We were also covered by mosquito bites after just one night here which no doubt came from the overgrown alleyway out the window. The room should also have had a safety deposit box which it did not.

We stayed at the apartments in the historic centre. The Combination of facilities at the farm, pool / bar / restaurant etc In a rural setting and the central city location for evening restaurants/ bars and entertainment was excellent.
No washing machine! You could hear the neighbours above clearly, which didn’t bother us but if you had young children it might be a problem.

The location of the room was spectacular - midsts in the historic center. The view from the swimming pool on the old city was beautiful.
The breakfast was below standard. No fresh food, everything pre-packed (cakes, cheap cereals, extremely sweet juice, hard breath, etc), few nutritious items (old fruit), warm yoghurt, … The breakfast room was hot and this combined with this unhealthy food did not contribute to a nice breakfast experience. The staff did not speak any English, so complaining made no sense.
Even though the facility adverts “pets allowed”, our dog was not allowed anywhere near the pool. We do appreciate the hygienic aspect, but the fact that we had to find a remote place for our sunbeds on an uneven surface was not the best way to handle this. We paid a fee for the dog, but in the end we felt that he was not very welcome.

The rooms were nice sizes and very architectural. Nice views. No elevator but overall was a short walk to the room.
Very central to the main square.
Host was unpleasant, somehow rude, in a rush, unprofessional, very confrontational with the excuse talk. The washroom was lucking of shampoo. One shampoo tea bag was opened/used. No air conditioning and in JULY/AUG with 45 degree when some one needs 2-3 showers a day and tired from jet lag and driving, I certainly don't have time to worry about this and go around to find where to buy soap and staff...No water in the fridge. They don't understand customer services and customer care. We provided you with the fridge...VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Such a kind family who host and ran it! Food was great and the wine from their own vineyards were delicious. The accommodation is great and the pool area was beautiful. Wish we stayed longer!!
Nothing, it was great!

Breakfast was good each day, maybe eggs would be nice in the city breakfast room. Anastasia was wonderful. Coffee was great too.
Water pressure and hot water in shower could be better and more consistent in apartment

We stayed between the properties in town and one just outside. We had such a fantastic time thanks to Francesco and his family. The property was beautiful, the foot onsite was exquisite and they were nothing but helpful throughout our trip. If we visit the area again, we will be staying with them again, no doubt about it.
The property had air-conditioning, but it could have been a little more powerful for the extreme heat.

Beautiful in the very center of San Gimignano. Good breakfast
We couldn't leave our backpacks for longer than until 12 am, but nothing mayor to complain about.

The location was great - in the historic centre. The host was very welcoming and responsive with any request we had. The bed was big enough and there was air con. A communal dining table outside the room is available. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Toilet was a little difficult to flush.

Ponte a Nappo was excellent
The room in San Gimignano town needed some TLC.

The premium apartment location was in the central square of San Gimignano with spectacular views both over this square and to the Tuscan countryside (yes those photos are from the room!). Use of the pool at the main reception property was brilliant to beat the heat as well. Very friendly staff that made check-in very easy
Still self-service at breakfast which felt a little unnecessary
