Location: basically if you need something right next to the airport especially for an overnight it’s perfect.
Beds and pillows were soft and suitable for a good sleep.
Directions to get there were not easy to figure out! Note for future customers, there is a tunnel from T1 & 3 that connects it to the airport
Room furniture needs a fix. Very old fashioned and outdated.
Long queues checking in!
Room could be cleaned better!
There was no mention of taking €75 deposit on the credit card when booking.

Location is wonderful for getting a flight the next day. Front staff was excellent, friendly, very helpful. The restaurant’s food was acceptable.
The restaurant was my main complaint. The first night for dinner, we waited about an hour for 2 hamburgers. My friend was about ready to strangle the man that took our order. The next day we went for lunch at 12:30, which was when they were supposed to open. We were informed that there was a “problem” and it wouldn’t open for at least 30 mins. At least at this visit, when we finally got in, the service was really good and food came fast.

The hotel location was perfect, and the room, although I think we had the accessibility room for some reason, was a decent size.
The restaurant service was bad. We had invited our aunt and uncle who live in Rome, to have a dessert and drink with us at the hotel before we flew home. The wait staff seated 6 of us in the hotel restaurant at 5:15 pm, took our order after 20 minutes, we ordered 3 desserts, 2 beers, 2 wines and a litre of water and then came back and told us because we hadn't ordered food, we would have to move to the bar area. This was so embrassing to my husband and myself. Our 90 year old aunt and uncle had to move to a small, loud and crowded area, with a tiny glass table and eat their ice cream, basically on their lap. Why did this happen? The restaurant wasn't crowded. Very embrassing. 😔 Our second issue was waiting 45 minutes to be seated for dinner in the same restaurant after being told it would be a 10 minute wait. 3rd issue: the 2 computers in the business area, one wasn't working and the other had keyboard issues, so checking in, as noted in the promos of the hotel, took us over 1/2 an hour. It wasn't user error. The @ sign on the keyboard was stuck, the kind part of this story is that after much frustration, the front desk staff was able to figure out a go-around and finally, we were able to check in. ✔️

Hotel is conveniently located around a 10 min walk from terminal 1. We booked it as we arrived late into Rome and needed to fly out from Rome Fiumicino airport the next morning. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of sweet and savoury options.
Hotel is basic but comfortable. When we checked in we were told our type of room was not available yet and we were then given the option of a credit for a drink at the bar. I declined and asked for the next available room and they luckily accommodated this. Surprising not to have the room ready when we checked in past 9pm.

Comfy bed easy, access to airport
Overpriced and well overdue refurbishment. A mishmash of office furniture and the original hotel from the 80s. Old, dated, and damaged furniture well past its time. poor sound insulation between rooms. Extremely basic facilities, almost spartan, small bottles of water provided, but you have to pay for them at 3 euros cost, fridge didn't work, very basic TV channels.

A fantastic hotel if you are travelling with kids into/out of Rome airport. We stayed here the night before our early morning flight to Doha > Brisbane. Breakfast started at 6am, which was so convenient, and the breakfast selection was amazing! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. The airport is a short 10 minute walk away (covered/indoor walkway) and you are able to bring/store an airport trolley for your bags!

No electricity near the bed. The rooms are very tired. Needs an upgrade. Advertise a pool but no real way to relax near it with a drink. Also you have to PURCHASE bathing caps in order to go in. The restaurant is fabulous. Check in was good. The facilities are very very tired and one pays A lot to be close to Fumicino.

Convenient location for early book in at the airport. We ate in the restaurant and the service and quality of food were excellent. Check in and check out quick and easy.
Only a minor point but the large bed could have been a bit more comfortable, movement disturbed the other party.
