The location was perfect if you have to get to the airport. The hotel is spacious. Has a lovely pool area. We didn't try the restaurant. The beds were comfortable. Service was great. The only downfall for us was the fact that the wifi was down. I am sure this is not a regular occurrence but it was inconvenient as we had to find a cafe to check into our flights and then our entire stay we had nothing to do as we could not connect with our families. As I said, I am sure this is not a regular occurrence. I would stay here again

Nothing special here. The hotel does provide an early van transport to the airport at a fee which is convenient. There is a good local grocery store a 10 minute walk away. The room has an electric kettle which provided much needed caffeine. No espresso or cappuccino. The restaurant offered good food but poorly organized, delivering dishes out of sequence or considerably late.

The guest room was filthy. Black mold growing on the wall next to the primary bed and the wallcovering peeling off of the wall. Mold in shower. King-sized bed and twin bed in a room not large enough to accommodate both. Restaurant on site was reasonably priced and served a good menu.

I had a good experience my first stay a week before with my daughter including a lovely dinner at the restaurant. However, during this stay. I asked the front desk for flat water and was told they had none but I would find some in my room. There was only sparkling in my fridge. I came back a second time and was told to go to the restaurant and buy a bottle from them. While trying to sleep in my non smoking room, I woke up to smell smoke like someone was literally in my room smoking. I called the front desk and they said to make sure my balcony doors were closed which I did but apparently the doors and or windows must not be very good because smoke from somewhere outside was coming into my room for hours and I couldn’t sleep and got a headache. Very upsetting as I had a very early flight and got almost no sleep

Small 2-story hotel with a restaurant and a pool. Only stayed there one night. The room was smaller than I expected, but still comfortable. Just wish the airport/hotel shuttle were more on time and free, but the drivers were nice.

WE obtained a nicer room (101) on the first floor of the remodeled building to the right of the reception building, although all the amenities didn't work (bedside reading lamps). This was AFTER we complained when assigned a stagnant, dusty room with a moldy OLD jacuzzi spa (1980)

Our flight into London was delayed and we missed our connection to Rome. We had to stay overnight in London and go to Rome next day and arrived just in time to go to Cruise to embark. Is it possible to be reimbursed for the room in Rome?

Hotel was modern and clean. Staff was excellent and attentive. Pool was a nice surprise and well kept. Restaurant was very good and prices very reasonable. One of the best Breakfast offerings I’ve seen in Italy. Simona, our waitress was fantastic. 1/4 mile down the street from hotel there is a nice riverside restaurant district specializing in Seafood. Overall, great option for overnight at airport.

Property is convenient to the airport. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, good restaurant. They are currently adding on to the property, but it was not an issue for us. We didn't use the airport shuttle, but it is a service that is offered.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small. The toilet was cramped and hard to sit on because it was sandwiched in the corner next to the shower. Anyone who isn't skinny would have trouble sitting on the throne. The room was small though probably OK by European standards. Overall, it was value for the money: a low-ish price, not too far from the airport.

The reception area was nice and the staff was friendly. The room was average but it smelled of smoke even though all the rooms were non-smoking, I think it was because the maids had the doors propped open and were smoking right outside. The hotel restaurant was excellent, food and service were great. May not stay there again but would certainly eat there again!
