Pretty Good

Staff friendly. Excellent location. Free water stations. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Cute details like kit kats & hot chocolate.

1 member of staff at reception very sullen. Can hear the Metro passing by below in the room & through the pillow in the early hours. Quite expensive.

they let us check in before time which was a huge relief as we travelled from costa brava in the morning.

Hotel was amazing and comfort but location is noisy. The doors to the room block out noise but we couldn’t close the doo

It was clean and in a great location staff were so helpful and friendly it was very nice and comfortable

The property was on a very very very noisy street and without climate control we had to open the balcony doors for air this meant we did not get any sleep as it was extremely noisy outside. We were told climate control wasn’t available this time of year but the room was very very warm

Het meest beviel het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel, en de locatie was echt geweldig. De Ramblas staat bekend alas de minste wijk van Barcelona, maar dat is absoluut niet waar. Wij waren heel erg blij dat we in deze wijk zaten. Het hotel zit aan een prachtige promenade waar het 24/7 super gezellig was, en als je dat wil kun je vanuit je hotelkamer (straatkant) de hele nacht naar buiten kijken, en je zal je nier vervelen. Het hotel is heel stijlvol en chique, en wij zijn door het personeel echt in de watten gelegd. De kwaliteit/prijsverhouding is fantastisch, aangezien het hotel ontzettend veel allure heeft en een prachtige ligging.

Niets viel tegen.

This hotel is definitely not value for money

The breakfast was cold. Sausages baked beans scrambled eggs everything cold not very impressed for the value for money

Perfect location to access the heart of Ramblas activity.

Location was excellent. View outstanding.

Hotel finishes are dated, and seems to be in some degree of disrepair. Looks like it is undergoing slow renovation. The improvements are not first class, but acceptable.

Close distance to subway. Nice breakfast area. Got gifs on my room everyday that was nice :)

The pillows was a bit high for my liking. Was missing a mini bar in my room, although other rooms had this.

It was comfortable, well located.

Location. Clean and Comfortable beds. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful! Appreciated the luggage storage availability.

Hotel is a bit dated. Bathroom needs to be renovated as tub walls and floors are mildew and stained. Walls are thin and you can hear when water upstairs or next door are taking shower.

Perfect location, friendly staff, complimentary gifts and snacks and comfy bed

You can hear and feel the Metro train in our front 2nd floor room at times. It was not an issue for us but take ear plugs to be on safe side.

Absolutely lovely stay. 5/5

The staff were all so helpful and friendly and always made time to answer any questions etc and the reception is open 24hr. The hotel itself is so pretty and posh looking, loads of antique pieces and paintings dotted about gave the hotel a nice charm and it was really nice to look at. The rooms are lovely and spacious and get cleaned everyday, the aircon was a god send and is very strong and good! Don't need it on for too long. The breakfast room is lovely aswell, really bright and open. It is in the shape of a ring and you can see the reception when you l9ok down through the ring, very nice. The food is simple but nice, there's a small warm section where they serve bacon, sausage, eggs and beans and then they have a big selection of breads and pastries and also fruits. The breakfast is 12€ pp pd and you just pay at the end of your stay. The food gets topped up regularly and the staff and friendly and keep up with making sure the tables are clean and available. The location is great as you are in the heart of the La Rambla Street and is a close walk to pretty much everything. We visited the marina, the beach, the Olympic stadium (we on our trip for a Harry Styles concert) all without getting transport although busses and taxis are very easy to come by. The overall stay was absolutely lovely and would recommend the hotel to anyone aswell as staying there again myself.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Our room didn't have a kettle but we asked for one at reception and one was put in our room by time we arrived back from our day. The only think that could have made it better/easier maybe is if they also provided us with some coffee sachets etc aswell but it was fine we just managed to get some from the breakfast room.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and excellent location

The lobby and reception area were beautiful, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport, as well as walking distance to the beach, harbour and many other attractions.

The room was not ready when we arrived, however the staff kept our bags and we were able to sit across the road and have a drink while we waited from one of the many options there. The room was also quite hot and stuffy, with air conditioning making little difference- if I was staying longer (or in the hotter months) I think this could have been a slight issue.

the picture of the room is totally different than the real! also the bathroom was not prepared with a lot of stuff like the shampoo or the soap or toothbrush the AC was not working even when ask for it alot of noise from outside also any thing can listen to the things happen in the other room for example the there alarm and talking

Great location but nothing special

The reception hall looked very cool.

The room looks better in the pictures. It was not modern nor stylish, it had cracked walls and the beds were on wheels. Breakfast was so-so. No non-dairy milk, no gluten-free bread. The bread or pastries were not freshly baked. It was unfrozen and cold. It definitely does not look like in the pictures - no waffles, no nutella. Vegetables - only tomatoes. Good selection of fruits - melon, apples, oranges, kiwi, pineapple and some old bananas.

Comfortable, clean and lovely welcoming staff

Excellent stay here for a big group too. Location is 10/10, very clean, beautiful lobby area and special thanks and shout out to Victor who ensured our stay was very pleasant, he was super helpful to all our requests. Very grateful for this. I will be returning! Thank you
