Molto bello

Colazione top sia dolce che salata , avevano addirittura il latte senza lattosio che non trovo mai ! Tutto super pulito , camera spaziosa con balcone vista mare ... e che vista ! Posizione perfetta, ristoranti, spiaggia e negozi a portata di mano . C'è un parcheggio a pagamento vicino all'hotel ... comodissimo :)

Nella prenotazione su booking c'era l'opzione letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli ... ho scelto il matrimoniale ma mi hanno dato due singoli

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Das Fenster ist zu einem Schacht raus, keine Aussicht und wenig Tageslicht. Für den Preis eine Frechheit.

Horrible value for money, small room with tiny window into a wall.

Location at the beach was actually very good

Good las palmas location!

The location is perfection. You wake up right in front of the playa the las canteras, and you litterally have to walk for a minute. It’s full of restaurants and bars so it’s really cool area.

The property was nice, clean and staff were friendly. However I do think it is quite overpriced. Breakfast was 20€ per person, so we skipped that!

A very enjoyable 8 nights in a lovely hotel in a great location.

We had a very large balcony on the top floor with great views of the beach, sea, mountains and city. The staff are friendly, attentive and very good natured.

In contrast to the lovely, large balcony, the bedroom was small and the bathroom, especially toilet area, cramped and poorly designed. The absence of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom is very frustrating. Breakfast was adequate but range of fresh fruit limited- for example no papaya, watermelon or pineapple. Fried eggs varied in quality from hard and formless to soft-if youre lucky. Definite need for improvement here.

good, but not a quiet place to stay

the room is nice. the hotel is clean. it is centrally located. overall a good hotel.

the street the hotel is in, gets quite noisy at nights (up until very late). neighbour noises can be heard too. getting a room with a view on the street instead of on the beach is not good.

Superb

Great location on the beach, lots of shops, restaurants and facilities around. Room was quite nice, clean, beds comfortable. We had breakfast, which were nice, but nothing that special, it lacked some vegetables and maybe more variety. They had only small cups of salad consisting of valeriana salad, 2-3 pieces of cherry tomatoes and a bit of local cheese which wasn’t enough in my opinion. Everyday the same, so nothing that groundbreaking. Lots of options to choose in terms of coffee (very average tasting in my opinion) and juices, also fresh orange juice. I would prefer to have a kettle, cups and some coffee/tea to make in the room. We also did not have bathrobes or slippers in our room. Reception staff was polite and helpful. In conclusion we got nice 7 day stay in the hotel. The view was the best part of our holiday, would suggest getting a sea view and upper floor if possible.

Nice hotel but rude lady on reception

The beds were very comfortable adn the location was excellent

We were given two pieces of paper on arrival which stated we had breakfast included. Myself and my 11 year old daughter then went for breakfast which was reasonably good. However, on check-out I handed the room cards back and the lady at reception said we owed 33 euros for breakfast. I explained that we were given two vouchers which stated our room number and "breakfast was included" but she refused to listen was extremely rude and said its 33 euros and how do we want to pay. I therefore paid as she was not listening and my daughter even commmented after how rude she was. There was no concession for children either. Be careful as this is unacceptable that you are given these vouchers and then receive a demand for 33 euros. The breakfast was nbice but not wirth that and my daughter only had a bowl of cereals which effectively cost 16.50 euros.
