La atención fue excelente, sobretodo la de Salvador que estuvo super atento a todo, nos dio recomendaciones de sitios y hubo un momento que necesitamos un neceser con aguja e hilo y nos lo consiguió, muy eficiente

Comfortabel hotel op zeer goede ligging.

Ontbijtbuffet was top! Eitjes in alle vormen konden vers besteld worden. Locatie was ideaal gelegen naast busstation en de rest was op wandelafstand.

De ingang lag op de eerste verdieping en je moest de trappen nemen en de bagage ging via een goederenliftje. Misschien is het tijd om deze goederenlift te vervangen door een personenlift? Verder was alles OK!

Super - vor der Kreuzfahrt - jederzeit wieder

Die Lage ist klasse, nahe Busbahnhof und Strandnah... Vor allem ideal für Cruise Gäste , die vorab anreisen. Service und Personal waren mega freundlich

Tan solo un apunte y una queja. El apunte es que la almohada que se supone dura, no lo es, aunque reconozco que apreciación muy personal. En cuanto a queja, que al cambiar las toallas, no solo nos pusieron tan solo una de lavabo, sino que estaba ya rota con un agujero importante

perfect stay for a family or couple who want to be 4min walk to beach and restaurants:)

from the second we arrived at the property Salvador at reception was so welcoming and looked after us. the cleaning staff were amazing and so were all staff we came across. showers and bed were brilliant. gym was fabulous and so was the rooftop for sunbathing and the dip pool for a little swim and cooldown.

Pool was lovely but was far too shallow

Location, excellent! Close to ocean - 5 min walk, also surrounded by restaurants, shops, pubs.

Breakfast was below expectation and way below four stars hotel. The biggest problem was lack of scrambled eggs. We had all products for typical English Breakfast but without scrambled eggs ..... Also, no vegetables... only few cocktail tomatoes and few slides of cucumber ...... shame...

Nice stay, walking distance from Las Canteras beach! Nice and clean room with a view over the port. Bus station nearby to get the bus to the south of the island. Helpful staff!

A vacation in every sense.

everything. this is the best hotel I have stayed in, in a long time, for numerous reasons. the staff was so sweet so polite, they made the stay worthwhile, I truly felt I would be missing the stay. they made sure of the room service, even though language was a barrier for us since we didn’t know spanish, they were so kind to us to explain things well and were patient with us. the rooms were so beautifully setup, so clean, great coffee machine and omg the staff was so hospitable.

everything was amazing, they could just add more options for the breakfast for vegetarians or vegan, not that I’m either but it would be a good addition for people.

Best location in Las Palmas

Location location location, amazing views from our room though it was the east side on the 22nd floor overlooking the port, very central to the city center, beach,restaurants and bars. Loved the pool and sunbathing area on the roof

dirty room bath did not work dirty towels hairs in bathroom previous people left items in room. very noisy Ben though say are sound proof .. very dated furniture and beds need replacing . never a 4 star hotel maybe 2 and I have stayed in cleaner 2 star hotels

Very disappointing for a marriott hotel

Nice bar with views of the city

Very noisy due to traffic and construction work outside. Room wasn't soundproof as advertised. Got moved to the 18th floor and it didn't help. Stayed for 7 days, 2 mornings there were issues with the hot water so couldn't shower until later and on a separate day the electricity cut off. The bathroom door hinges were rusty and noisy and the bath/shower leaked, resulting in a pool of water on the bathroom floor everyday. The towels and bathrobes were stained.

Great location and friendly staff

The staff, especially housekeeping and reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent, close to the beach, all the bars and restaurants as well as the central bus station for excursions. The tall building is impossible to miss from faraway, so easy to find your way back to the hotel with a mobile phone.

The breakfast was rather expensive for the variety it offered (20euro/person). If you check closely you could see the room had not been properly cleaned for ages, which I would not have expected in a Mariott. The balcony door was one of the cheapest/poorest construction I have seen. You could hear everything from outside even with the door shut.
