Exceptional

The hotel staff were exceptional, helpful and understanding with me, as a short notice disabled guest. The hotel rooms were well appointed, very clean and breakfast was good (a bit expensive, but never mind). Definitely recommended.

The only downside for me is the fact it's located on a really steep hill, but that's Granada for you. Just be aware that it's VERY steep!

We absolutely loved it! All of it! The location was second to none, it was very cosy and clean. The roof terrace is stunning with great drinks and food.

A comfortable stay near to all the sites Granada offers.

We were upgraded to a suite with a view of the Alhambra. I liked the modern compact furniture and the fantastic shower. We made use of the free water in fridge and of the tea and coffee station in the room. The beds were comfortable and sheets and toilets of a high quality. The location was ideal. We spent no money on taxis. Easy to walk everywhere.

Beautiful place to stay in a gorgeous city.

Beautiful hotel, location was perfect. The staff was super nice to us. The roof top was closed due weather, which was a bummer. But the view was amazing!

A very nice stay in Granada

I did have a very nice stay in this boutique hotel in Granada: simple-designed but well-functional room is very clean, cosy and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect!!! I will for sure come back! highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location

very difficult to get to in a car. Google map directions take you through Alhambra castle which is only possible on a bus or taxi.

great for leisure / relaxing tourists

Morning shift receptionist Carmen was fabulous, warm and friendly, very attentive and helpful, always answer our questions with a great smile. she also emphasize to us not to be late for Nazrid’s palace upon check in hotel has a decent gym and a nice rooftop / terrace restaurant attached to it, the view is great. we got a suite and hence ample space to rest and chill, look up to Alhambra from our room it’s on the way up to Alhambra so it’s convenient for us, location is great too as it’s 5 mins walk to shopping area, attractions like cathedral and Albaicin district.

it’s on a hilly area, road towards Alhambra so need to battle uphill road to the hotel if you’re walking. it’s modified from old building so the elevator a bit small. doesn’t bother us much just writing down for others to know

Superb

Beautiful hotel. The location is fantastic, right next to the entrance up to the alhambra and then very near the Albaicin and lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and recommended great places to go for tapas. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are on the smaller side but were very comfortable.

Good Choice for Alhambra-Visit

The Hotel is located next to the Alhambra - just a 5 Minute walk to the entrance. The room (4th floor) was comfortable and cozy with a really nice view of the old town of Granada and even a little Part of the Alhambra. The room was clean and spacious with modern interior.

The Breakfast was nothing special, of you can, choose a Café nearby. The staff could be more friendly.

Direct Access to Alhambra

Location was perfect: only a 10 minute walk to the Alhambra and a 1 minute walk to one of the main streets were you’ll find great dining options and night activities.

First floor rooms had a great Terrace and super comfortable. Don’t bother choosing the Alhambra view rooms, they are small and uncomfortable
