Heel fijn voor 1 overnachting

We waren op doorreis, dus maar 1 nacht verbleven. 24 uurs receptie was top want we kwamen laat aan. Vriendelijk personeel, prima hotel.

Breve y agradable paso por Burgos

Muy fácil encontrar aparcamiento. Su ubicación muy buen por estar cercano al centro y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Habitación grande y con todo lo necesario.

Una estancia para familia de 4 personas excelente. Recomendable. Camas muy buenas y limpieza correctísima. Desayuno buffet satisfactorio. Cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando. Habitación reformada.

Great place.

It was a very pleasant stay. We came back to the same hotel as last year as a one-nigth stopover on our way south. For a small price we could use the parking garage.

Breakfast was a bit simple. My children liked it because of the abundant cakes and crossaints but I would have liked some whole grain bread.

We just stoped over for the night before continuing our journey to the Santander ferries

It was quiet and convenient for the sights

parking is 12 euros a night and is not on site. however it’s not far away and the instructions for finding it were very precise

Really enjoyable though short.

The Room and Restaurant have been extensively re-furbished to a high standard. More rooms are scheduled over the next few months. We always look forward to visiting Burgos and driving through this area on our way between Santander and Murcia Region.

Lovely re vamped room, clean tidy, easy parking out side the hotel and free after 8p.m. Until 10.a.m. Easy walking in to city which is beautiful. Hotel easily found with Google maps

Exceeded expectations and would definitely stay there again.

Very polite and helpful staff. Excellent wine bar with access from reception area. Good old-fashioned decor; marble everywhere. Easy, free (20.00-10.00?) parking outside hotel. Well signposted.

I expected more but it was not so bad

People who works there are really nice and helpful and they were trying so hard mitigate problems that hotel have. They should all get rise - really.

Many things. First, it’s really noisy and you can hear everything outside the room - and that was especially problematic when some group of tourists had evening meal, were singing etc. I understand they had good time but hotel should think about it to make all guests happy. Second, breakfast was a joke in that price - not even one vegetable, scrambled eggs from powder. I don’t except much from it but at least have boiled eggs and tomato with some paprika. But pastries were awesome.

having arrived on the ferry at Santander that day and wanting to see the fabulous Burgos Cathedral again, we wanted a ce

the marble floors in the corridors, hardwood in the bedroom and tiled bathroom floors were lovely. the furniture and decor are classy, the breakfast was very nice and the ladies on reception were super friendly and genuinely helpful. the parking is across the street in an underground ’bunker’, but very secure.

the view to the rear is best avoided, but that’s not why we stayed there; still a great choice of hotel.

worst 4 stars hotel in my life. not recommend to nobody.

at least there was hot water in the shower

smell of the room, it was like out dated patatoes. hotel pictures from booking.com is no close to real room looks. room wall scratched and peeled off because of humodity. Interesting how this hotel still have “4 stars”

loved the casual life and the walks around the city with a lovely park behind the city

We loved the position of the hotel and as it was a weekend there was plenty of free street parking. We liked the place so much we stayed another night. The staff were all great and made you feel at home. Spotless rooms and good air conditioning as the temperature was in excess of 40 degrees. The tapas in the adjoining bar was excellent

We stayed an extra night but the room was not as good as the first room and you could here the kitchens below even though the room was very modern. If you opened the window the noise was worse and you could then smell the hot food
