Bien pour un séjour d’une semaine en famille.

Les toboggans et les piscines. Une chambre moderne et une belle vue sur la mer.

Ne pas pouvoir jouer au ballon, ni aux bouées dans la piscine (interdit). La douche et les toilettes dans la chambre. Surtout les toilettes… limite niveau intimité.

Great location and facilities. Excellent staff. Brilliant animation. ,

I have already been there twice. The location and the facilities are second to none in this area. The rooms are also very well insulated against noise.. I also really like the staff, especially the animation team is doing a great job for children and adults. Also the life guards, in particular Santi are very attentive and playful with the children, which is a bonus and makes it a very friendly place. I also would like to applaud the reception staff,especially Belen,Ermin and Lita who are doing a fabulous job, given the huge influx of people they have to deal with on a daily basis. They never tire with a smile, a hello or some extra help if needed. Thank you!

There was one receptionist called Begoña,who was very rude to me and ended up even using foul language with me. I think she is psychotic and shouldn't be dealing with the public to be fair. I will take it up separately with her management though. The rest of the staff are brilliant. I also didn't like that people were smoking everywhere including the pool area and even rooms, which then stank in the whole hallway..I think given the health hazard this represents for children, security should be more vigilant.

Would rate the hotel 2 star not 4, would not recommend

Pool was nice and clean and clear, staff were mostly friendly

No parking, cold jacuzzi, floor tile grout very unclean in room, breakfast was adequate, no coffee or tea in room, rooms were very outdated, extremely noisy concert at around 2100 till after 0100 extremely loud, ceiling fan not operational.

Happy Family

The aqua park was really enjoyable and most of the staff really friendly. There were never long queues for the slides and the lifeguards were efficient.

The breakfast buffet was not very good, the "hot" food was cold and it was very difficult to find things. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful on my arrival, I am glad this only applied to the 1 staff member as the rest of the reception and hospitality staff I dealt with were lovely. She told me my room was not ready and she didn't know when it would be and that there was no parking but didn't offer any parking suggestions or offer to store my cases.....I opted to wait for another staff member to help me with these issues as she was so rude. She spoke about me to another staff member right infront of me like I wasnt even there!! We had to queue for sun beds 30 minutes before the pool opened to get a bed and most people put their towels down and left which needs to be addressed by the hotel.

We would have preferred a family room for all 4 of us instead of two separate rooms.

Disappointing

Kids liked the pools.

The hotel has seen its better days and reception staff was unfriendly. Not value for money. In addition, they charge extra for 16 year old children (considered as an adult).

Passable

Pool area for kids was good. Beds comfortable plus cleaning every day. The cleaning staff were so friendly couldn't do enough amazing ladies.

Front desk staff were so rude especially the female staff. The pool area was that dirty the flies attack you every day its awful. It weekend really rough spainish come and literally let there kids poo on the floor.it was scary at times gangs of them.

If you want a quiet yet fun and entertaining holiday this is a great friendly place to stay.

Less than a minute from the beach, short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in the quiet town, staff are friendly to all customers, entertainment was good (if you like Spanish entertainment)

The pool bar wasn't open but that was due to a refurbishment which can't be helped.

Very noisy couldnt sleep until 2 am.Not Nice food

Fun fun fun

Loved the pools, slides and activities.

‘Hot’ food at buffet tasteless and cold. Small selection of freshly cooked items much nicer. Certain areas of the hotel in need of refurb and very ‘tired’

Great pools but old & tired facilities that require urgent renovation

Hotel location is good. Pools were great for kids and adults alike! We had to work some mornings and wifi quality in the rooms was very good and reliable.

Old and tired building/ rooms that could do with some urgent renovation. Reception staff on the first few days were particularly rude and unhelpful - mostly were completely new (and probably untrained) and whilst due to C-19 situation we wanted to be empathic and understanding, they made it a bit harder for us 6 to feel welcomed.

Aqua Park. It's not that big (5 big sliders and 2 kids ones), but enough to have something entertaining.

Bad smell of sewage system went out of A/C system pretty regularly, maybe each 2nd or 3d day. The room was pretty small with absence of some convenient details like safe (it was in the room, but without the lock) or desk phone without marking how to call to reception or to restaurant. Also no folder with information about the hotel, the (un)available services etc. The room was on the inner area of the hotel, therefore all the sounds of animation (very loud) are disturbing until 0:00.

We had a fantastic holiday. We were very sad to leave and will definitely return.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants and right next to the beach. The hotel facilities were excellent. The pool area is fantastic and the slides are amazing. Friendly staff always there to assist.
