Ok, but wouldn’t go back.

Nice pool area and location - staff very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and nice and fresh.

Rooms very basic, sun beds all taken up by 8am, cleaning of room doesn’t seem to happen unless you’re out of your room early every day (ours didn’t get cleaned for two days despite us putting the sign out. Also paid for lunch on the first day which was pretty poor, so we didn’t bother with dinner any of the nights. All in all not great value for money, there are much better places to stay in Pollensa.

Very enjoyable time in this top class hotel.

We got upgraded to pool view apartment, Food was very good with a large selection. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

MUY BUEN HOTEL PARA ESCAPADA DE RELAX

Todo excelente. La limpieza, la tranquilidad, las instalaciones, el desayuno, el personal muy amable. La piscina impresionante. La parte del SPA nos gustó mucho así como el gimnasio. Hemos tenido unos días de clima fenomenal. Fabuloso

Por decir algo, solo me ha faltado algo de variedad en la cena. Pero todo muy bueno

Great food, lots of choice for everyone. I had yogurt museli and nuts, plus bread and fruit. I could have had a lot more but had to stop myself. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Lovely Hotel

Could not fault this hotel. The whole resort and especially the rooms, were spotless. We stayed on a breakfast and dinner basis, and there were plenty of different choices each day. The hotel location is brilliant with only a couple of minutes walking to the beach and a lovely promenade. The pool area is fantastic . The pool itself is kept very clean and more than enough.sunbeds and umbrellas to meet the customers needs at full capacity I believe. The biggest shout out must.go to the staff: nothing is too much trouble and are always happy to help with a smile. They are a credit to the MarSenses group. We will most certainly be returning in the future. 5* All the way!!

Exceptional

Everything, staff from the moment we stepped foot into the hotel were exceptional, great location, walking distance to the beach and pine walk. Food was fantastic. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Can't wait to go back 😁

The only thing I didn't like was that we paid for double bed, instead we got two single beds pushed together even though our room was a junior suite.

As a single traveller I found the hotel extremely good.

Breakfast was extremely good with the option of free a la carte additions. The room was very good. The free standing bath in the bedroom was different. Had I been 35 years younger with a female companion our stay could have been vey interesting. Is that where the word sences comes into the hotel title.

Overall very good except for the wasps

The overall property is very good and kept to high standard

When we booked into our room we only realised the next morning that a tree that overhangs the balcony and covers the window was totally covered in WASPS and we were unable to use the balcony or open the window for the whole stay. When we booked in and we’re shown the room location we asked for a better pool view but we’re advised the hotel was full which is why we did report the issue with the wasps. The tree needs cutting down as it will effect the 2 apartments even below ours. A22

Very relaxing would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The hotel was kept very clean , our room was comfortable with good black out curtains.

I felt they were too generous with towels especially the pool towels, I’d have preferred a more environmentally friendly approach and only allowed one towel per person.
