Excellent for the price and pleasant

Clean, well maintained with all usual features (TV, fridge, safe). Welcoming and helpful staff. Super central location - right next to the beach and all cafes, 5 min walk from the bus stop. Price was very competitive.

The room was facing in the space between the buildings and all the roofs and in the evening there was some mild humming noise (AC or extraction fans on the roof probably). But while noticeable it was not a massive problem and did not affect my sleep!

Short cycling stayp

Location was great, friendly staff, more than adequate breakfast, room was quiet. All round we thought it was great value for a short cycling trip

Room was quite small, although balcony was a good size. Shower screen didn't prevent water getting around the bathroom.

Great location, modern, clean and well-equipped room and helpful, friendly staff.

Very helpful staff. Good, clean modern room with seating area. Free welcome drink in hotel bar and free (non-alcoholic) items in minibar. Excellent central location just one street behind the Pine Walk. Good value for money.

Convenient, comfortable and clean.

Very clean and comfortable, we dealt with an excellent member of staff who checked us in, and made us really great cocktails in the evening.

Only that our balcony was on quite a busy street for bars, some of which were open until the early hours of the morning.

the property was very clean and comfortable we only stayed one night so didn’t use the rooftop so can’t comment further.

I thought the rooms above the bar might be noisy. But we had an inside one and it was very quiet.

Perfectly situated, modern hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Port de Pollenca. I had stayed in a single room here before. They re well proportioned with a big shower room and a lovely wee balcony. The hotel is so clean. Breakfast is ok, it seemed there was sometimes a shortage of the things which were most popular. I thought the whole stay was great value. I didn’t use the roof terrace, but it looks wonderful.

No wardrobe in the single room. I feel the room door locking mechanism is a little flimsy. Small towels.

Basic but clean & comfortable, not four star standard.

The decor of the reception area is quite fresh and the location is great for the beach/ restaurants in the evening. The hotel bar is nice for an evening drink. Our room had a balcony right over the bars on the street below and while there was some noise until about 3am most nights, once the balcony door was closed it barely disturbed our sleep.

The room was quite basic and not what we expected from a four star hotel. In saying that it was clean and we appreciated the fresh towels every day. We arrived in late (we did give our estimated arrival time) and one member of staff was manning both the bar and the reception desk so it took us a bit longer to check in, perhaps understaffing issue.

Ideal central hotel with lots to offer.

Lovely hotel in a great location within Palma city centre. The room was very comfy and the roof terrace offered amazing views of the city. We were greeted with a welcome drink while they checked us in, the staff were very friendly and happy to advise where to go to eat and arrange taxis etc.

did the job for a one night stay

Only stayed one night as booked a villa for next day. Friendly staff, room was OK but no balcony or real views

parking is in public car park 5 mins away, no chance of parking on the road outside but you can drop off bags first

A very nice accom. It was very clean, the staff was super nice and helpful. Loved the jacuzzi on the roof (available to everyone staying in the hotel). Good breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Comfortable bed, large balcony, spacious bathroom, good shower. Good wardrobe space, though the safe was only just big enough to get my small laptop into. Kettle and fridge. Lovely staff

The shower had an unnecessary door with rather a poor seal. No iron (though this seems to be common in Mallorca...). Balcony overlooks the street, noisy with the door open, but the soundproofing was excellent
