The swimming pool and location are the only positives.
Very old building and furniture. Not the cleanest although nothing was unclean per se.

The hotel was horrible. Poor vibe. No soul or atmosphere. The rooms stank of sewage and when we asked for free breakfast as remuneration we were sent we sent away. Find somewhere else to stay. There are loads of nice places for much better prices.

The location with closeness to beach and the medina was great. All the staff seemed nice and hard working.
The photos on booking.com was severerly misleading. The facilities are really run down and shabby. Only sea gulls frequented the deserted pool area (but a lot of them) and they also kept us up at night.
We heard a crash outside when in our room and when we came out a janitor was sweeping up piles of mortar it seemed.
The room was sort of ok, but the toilet barely flushed and the pipes made a lot of noices.
For the price level, this was one of my worst hotel stays. If it had been below half the price we gave it could have been ok for one night (because the bed was comfy).
Hoping someone will return the place to its former glory, because the location is amazing.

The room was big and the female staff member on reception was pleasant.
Horrific experience, staff not attentive and tried to give us a lesser room than we paid for. We then requested to change rooms. When we changed rooms and got the room we paid for, there was no electricity! The electricity supply was cut again on day 2. Then the plug sockets did not work, the Wi-Fi also did not work in the room (tried on 3 devices). The toilet seat was broken, there was no lock / way to keep the toilet door closed. There were spiders in the toilet, the plug sockets also did not work in the bathroom either. There was no hot water in the shower. The smell in the room was bad. The walls were dirty and stained. The outside of the room and in the hotel grounds was like a run down motel with no maintenance. Broken chairs and stained beds and chairs with bird faeces. The pool bar was not open, it was extremely run down. After paying for the room, the hotel worker then approached us to remove the single bed from our room despite this being included. The hotel is across the road from the beach and the wind gusts are extremely strong so the doors continuously bang aswell as the place being surrounded by seagulls. Ive never had such a bad experience in a hotel. Avoid at all costs, I am not a person to complain, but I think its advisable to warn others. The photos online are at least 10 years old very deceiving. The male staff members were unhelpful and ignorant. Please zoom into the photos to see the dirt of the shower, on the walls and the outside of the building.

Location is great, staff very friendly and welcoming..
Terraces are runned down, the place must've seen better days and days, it's sad to see it let out, huge potential, poor landscaping.

Location, relatively quiet, nice view, clean, private parking.
No A/C, portable heater only. Not a 4 stars, need renovations. TV has bad signal and most of the channels have no sound.

Good location outside of the medina and just a couple of minutes walk to the Supratours bus area.
A relaxing bar area and restaurant serving a decent range of dishes.
The hotel, in general, could do with a bit of refresh. Although comfortable enough for a couple of evenings the hotel felt like it had seen better days and had an odd old musty smell in the room. The door of my balcony did not open/Close properly and therefore could not use.

Only good thing is the location and room size, beside that everything was worst
unmaintained rooms, rotten door handles, bathrooms not clean, spider on the bed, high price, no air conditioner although it was freezing at night, no elevator, no accessibilities access at all.
Definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars

Location is good. just a minute to Medina and everything within a walking distance. and the reception is very friendly and smiling. Received complimentary fruits at check in.
Upon check in one of the concierge services is not well trained. the Concierge man turned away his face and show unhappy in front of me because i only give a him a tips of 10 Drihams which is around 1 EURO as i have no other change at that time. and I have no any big luggage to check in just a small backpack. but in the following days the new concierge and all other staff are very friendly.

close to the beach. Staff is very nice and gave us the rooms with see view.
almost no ventilation in the bathroom so the cleaning ladies have to open the big sliding window to change the air in the room after they left the room. We think this is not safe. One night we also found Mosquitoes so we spent half hour to try to kill them.

Location was great. Breakfast was nice.
This hotel is too pricey. We selected 1 large double bed and 2 sofa beds. Sofa beds are not beds, it's literally sofas that you can sleep on.

An excellent location: across the road from the beach and the promenade, very close to the port, and also very near the medina. The pool was also a great place to relax.
The Hotel does not reflect the price we paid, including the extra we paid for breakfast. The manager & service staff at breakfast were not professional & found it hard to smile! The breakfast food selection was poor with several items just no longer available. Service seemed begrudging. This hotel might have been grand in its day, but it's glory has certainly faded. Very noisy rooms. Floors are all marble so you hear every footstep. This hotel is tired & could do with new enthusiastic & welcoming management.

no wifi access in all rooms. Very good in public areas

The location is excellent.
Whilst we agree with all the previous criticisms shabby rooms, poor service etc, of particular annoyance was the loop soundtrack present round the pool. We managed to get it turned off only after going to the desk and the member of staff responsible was clearly not happy about it.

Location is right next to the beach
This hotel is NOT up to the standards of a 4 star hotel it is shown as on the Booking.com website.
The room we were given was scruffy and there were smells coming from the bathroom which had cracked tiles and looked dated.
When we complained they offered another room but it was no better
Breakfast was well below expectations. Limited food. No fruit. No plates available when we first arrived and when asked for, was told it is a buffet so help yourself. NOT a nice response.
Overall, VERY disappointed with the hotel and Booking .com website which shows what seems like a different hotel. The words “Hotel Catfish” came to mind.
We moved down the road to another hotel after suffering the one night.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is very close to the fish market and old town. The swimming pool area is nice.
The facilities are old, the hotel would need renovation.

I had a good short stay at this hotel. the location is absolutely the best thing about this hotel.
Exaggerated price for a hotel that need a LOT of improvements.

Can’t find one
images on the site were deceiving. No air conditioning, dirty, check-in was delayed due to short staffing, service was good enough but can tell the employees are overwhelmed due to shortage. however they tried their best. management is poor with no presence to smooth thing with angry customers.

There wasn't much to enjoy besides the beach
The room was very dirty. There also was no shower but a bathtub and 2 windows, which ruins the entire purpose of a bathroom. There was also alot of insects like flies and mosquitos. For a "four star" hotel, you would expect some decent room service, but there was none of that. We weren't offered any water or new sheets at all

Great staff, very caring and attentive to every detail!
