The breakfast was fantastic. Multiple dishes- tropical fruit and pastries plus a hot dish cooked to order. I have Coeliac disease so require Gluten Free meals. The staff were very accomodating. The chef adjusted meals and gave me a delicious stress free dining experience.
Friendly staff. Rooms serviced daily. Assistance with activities bookings.
Resort had thought of every detail. Very clean. Gardens beautiful.
King size bed could have been softer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pacific Resort Aitutaki. The experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend the premium beachfront bungalow, its huge and right on the beach so has stunning views! Loved the staff who were all very welcoming and super attentive. We will be back!

Everything was perfect, the location, the people, the building itself and the beautiful views of the lagoon. The food was great and the people who we met were friendly - basically everything that we did was really enjoyable. From the pool, swimming in the lagoon, having great service and wonderful food, learning how to kayak and paddle-board to hiring little scooters and exploring the island - everything worked well. We will definitely go there again. Lastly it really was good value for money, as compared with Little Polynesia in Rarotonga.

staff warmth and service. location is very private and clientele is quality too. no loud trashy types
food could have more options. prices for rooms too high. Bedoorms and bathrooms are a bit dated and could be more resort like.

Beautiful grounds, very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Exceptional service and friendliness from all the staff.
Great location to the lagoon. We loved the peace, quite, and privacy. No dogs policy. It was nice to motorbike around island without worry of dogs barking or running after you. This was our 7th time to Aitutaki but haven't been here in 20 years. It still has it charm and warmth it had way back then. We went to Church on Sunday and the singing was magnificent their voices are so beautiful. Aitutaki is such a special place in our hearts. We do plan to return to Pacific Resort Aitutaki.
Our beds were a bit on the hard side. The food was good to very good and value was fair and wine prices were dear. We thought the menu could use more selections. But overall the experience was very good to excellent.
