Amazing grounds to stroll around in. Even with large weddings happening the hotel was quiet and rooms peaceful. Breakfast was excellent.
Nothing.

The location was perfect for us, as we were celebrating a family birthday nearby.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. And the food was amazing. Everyone was so accommodating to our two young dogs as well, they had so much fun!

Nice room, and the hotel was lovely grounds were very.
I didn't think it was right to charge for gratitude every time you used your card at the bar. I understand that it was card only, but you should only pay (give a tip) at the end of your stay if you wish. My bill was £10 extra for this if it was out in a pub or restaurant. You would normally pay what you thought the service was worth as in a tip after your night was over not every time you ordered something.
4.5
The location and grounds of the hotel. The breakfast was freshly cooked and served at the table. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The evening menu in the dining room was the same 2 nights running.

Good breakfast, lovely location.

BREAKFAST was excellent included in price of stay. Only had 3 meals in the bistro, what we had and paid for was very good, no complaints at all. When we booked, it was due to the photo's we saw on line, as it past of our 50th wedding anniversary, and was under the impression we would be staying in the hotel, However thou we were told, we would be having a lakeside view when I spoke to them a few weeks before, we didn't expect that we wasn't in the hotel at all, but what they called the lakeside rooms, It was almost a carbon copy of a premier hotel room. Thou we had a good holiday, the HOTEL was a wedding venue one, and was really the main focal point in our view, and that was their main priority, We would not recommend this hotel to any of our friends etc.
What we just written above re the rooms etc

The location was good and friendly helpful staff (9/10)
We had the 3 course evening meal which was beautiful and very good value for money - the beef was so soft and tasty (10/10)
The rooms were ok nothing special we had a "suite" which was just a double room, the water was hot and the shower ok (6/10)
The cooked breakfast was good (8/10)
Everything ok - rooms might need upgrading although bed was very comfy

We stayed in the Lakeside Lodge at Bagden Hall as I'm having some difficulty with stairs, our room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable, it's also wheelchair friendly. The bathroom was spotless, nice powerful shower with big, fluffy towels. It was a short walk to the main part of the hotel which is set in beautiful grounds, there are two places in which you can dine, the main restaurant and the Bistro room, which is just off the bar area, both are very nice and the food is fantastic, we used both rooms. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they have a scheme were you can hang a sign on your door for them not to clean your room for a day or so and you receive a £5 voucher to use in the bar.We visited Cannon Hall Farm while we were there, it's a 10 minute drive away, over the road from Bagden Hall is a little place called, Pigs in the Woods, definitely check this out. We will definitely come and stay at Bagden Hall again, well done to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable, 10/10 to all of you
Nothing.

The staff were very attentive and polite. The Hotel externally and grounds are impressive.
The room - which I paid for an upgrade, was small and the bathroom facilities were in need of replacement. The food in the evening was limited and average.

The staff were extremely friendly. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had a great view. The hotel is nicely situated.
The room was probably due for an update, paint etc. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked in places. It didn’t spoil our stay at all though!

Staff treated us really well and were very helpful
Location was beautiful, the grounds were stunning
All good , rooms with keys appeared to be away from main hotel.
With a fog I found it a little dark when I took the dog out before bed ( some extra lighting would be helpful)
Also there was a smell that was a mix of damp and drains in the main hotel .
