Super lovely guesthouse, everything you need. Good location, very nice hosts, the room was very comfy and big and clean. Having breakfast in the garden was amazing. We spent 5 days here and would definitely stay here again.
It’s a densely populated area, you’re very central in Sea Point, but it also means some noise from the street and neighbor dogs.

Lovely hospitality and accommodation.
A few shaky stairs to get to the first floor.

The host, Weiss is friendly, helpful and accommodating.
There is off street parking and privacy.
There is also a little pool that guests are allowed to share.

Our host, Welda, was amazing. We received a very warm welcome. Arrived without our luggage : "delayed" - then "missing", and she went above and beyond to help us eventually receive our luggage back and meanwhile helped out with items we didn't have. She also arranged a fun guide at a reasonable price for a day tour, and our other transport requirements.
Nothing - I doubt you could find more helpful hosts at any B n B. The perfect example of why BnB's are so much more personable than hotels.

We liked the hospitality of the owners, the location of the guest house was good for where we were going every day, the room was spacious, we had a bonus with our laundry washing, it was very cosy and felt like home. Requested hangers and they were dropoff in the room right away.
The bathroom is a bit small, lack of sitting space for meals in the room, the blinds are not very blackout, the drainage is a bit blocked in the washbasin, a burnt lightbulb in the room that needs replacement.

I stayed in room 5. It was a beautiful large one bedroom suite with basic self catering(microwave, bar fridge, sink), modern decorated, with good natural light and lighting. Opened on to the little pool courtyard.

The breakfast was amazing and location was easy to find.

The location was great - set off on a quiet street, but near enough to the main road that we were able to walk t cafös/restaurants for food and down to the sea point promenade for a walk.
We didn't use the kitchen (except for a great coffee using the french press), but a peak in the cupboard showed plenty of pots and pans in case we'd wanted to.
The owner welcomed us very warmly. It's clear they put lots of care into decorating and there were plenty of personal touches in the room.
Would definitely stay again!
