Leisure Travel

I did like the soap in the bathroom and the coffee in the kitchen. The carpet, walls and curtains looked great. I also did like the garden view.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a really lovely stay. Would recommend.

Very clean. Plenty of lounge seating and spacious living area. Walking distance to all activities (restaurants, uni, sports, museums and shopping.) Welcoming staff. My Uncle arrived night before, (different room), and they had a lamp on as well as heat so nice and cosy.

Extra blankets in our room (2 bedroom apartment) would have been good (borrowed the ones from my Uncles) and since the room was so large (pitched roof) the 2 small heaters only took the chill off but struggled to actually heat it.

Would probably give this one a miss.

Central location. Reasonable price. Had a small kitchen which was handy.

Unit and property were being renovated while we stayed. Work in progress so hopefully on the mend. Unit carpets so dated they are threadbare and falling apart. Light fixtures hanging off walls. No real sound proofing so trucks driving past rattled the walls. Flooring in bathroom lifting. Contractor spraying roof at time dripping sealing chemicals on walkways and us walking on pathways. Gutters leaking. Overlooking someone's tip backyard. Not the quietest area with drunken uni students walking around midweek. Needs renovating urgently.

Since the house is made of wood, the sound of walking is quite loud. But overall it was a great stay!

Very dissatisfied

On the website the pictures looked like it was a charming place to stay. It was warm and clean with a nice exterior

The bed was a disgrace. By far the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in with a massive dip in the middle. How can you possibly charge people to stay there? The kitchen and bathroom were very dilapidated and in need of maintenance.

Did not spend a lot of time at the unit so did not need a lot of the facilities.

Liked the location and off street parking

The room was very run down and need of repairs. It was clean but needs to be renovated. I was on the ground floor and could hear the guests upstairs walking around.

Very large family rooms. I was in a refurbished room which was nicely done. Lots of heaters to get the space warm. Large kitchen and bedroom. Very comfy couch in the lounge area.

The older rooms need a bit of an update now to match the refurbed rooms.

Fantastic stay very good price for a couple of old pensioners.

Very reasonable price. Lovely person greeted us. Nice large unit. Lovely fresh new sofa. We would recommend a stay here to family and friends. Just like home.

Absolutely nothing, we never stayed, we left after seeing our room. this place should be demolished. What a disgrace. Stay as far away from this grotty place as you can

We really enjoyed everything about the motel. if we go to Dunedin again we will certainly stay there

Great position in Dunedin, easy to find. welcoming host, unit far bigger than we had expected, very warm- 2 very efficient heaters, beds very comfortable and warm- used the electric blanket as weather quite chilly, all the kitchen equipment we needed and more, fabulous shower.

We had one issue - with the wifi. The host went to no end of trouble to help us sort it. A capital O in the password was actually a 0 zero. We didn't notice the difference!!! Once sorted all was well.

Good

The modern living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen were excellent and clean. Good playground. Great location. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.

The bathroom was dated, window frames were rotten, no ventilation, hair on the toiletries. The couch was very uncomfortable and on inspection was padded out with cardboard boxes.
