garden was lovely, fully equipped to feel like 'home' - absolutely everything has been thought of.
Location was tricky to find in the dark
4.0
Great location, well appointed, comfortable beds. Quiet even though close to a main road. Good facilities. Would be fabulous in summer.
Water pressure for a shower was non existent. Was very cold when heater wasn’t on, floor was uneven (and cold)

Location and facilities
Just one toilet in the bathroom; brick tiles - made the unit cold at this time of year

I recently spent eight days in the one-bedroom apartment. This apartment was well set up, much like the online description. It ticked all of the right boxes with everything someone needs for a short stay in Croydon. It is relatively quiet even thought this particular apartment was the first one off busy Dorset Road.
Nothing!

Location is very convenient

Generally comfortable and pleasant facilities. Nice to have a dishwasher with all necessary supplies, and a laundry with washing machine likewise.
Everything worked - lights, TV, iron, various appliances.
Awkward access from the road; parking on site was cramped: hardly room outside unit, garage too narrow to open car doors widely enough to get items in/out.
Main bedroom did not have room for luggage - used the second bedroom to put up luggage racks.

The Unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fully-equipped kitchen and laundry. Quiet group of units, set in lovely gardens on a well-maintained property.

The apartment was located very central to our wedding venue ..was very quiet and private

The villas were in a great place close to facilities. The property managers were helpful and amazing to deal with. We all had a fantastic time staying at Bungunyah Villas.
I cannot think of anything that we did not like. I had to source accommodation for 12 people and everyone was happy.

The property was cosy, comfortable and clean. It was in a good location to family around the area.

Easy check-in process, great communication and lovely space to spend time together as a family. The biscuits were a nice touch!
The rooms downstairs were a bit colder so the extra blankets were very welcome!

Great value, large apartment that is conveniently located to the Yarra Valley, Dandenong and most of the east side of Melbourne. And with all the facilities you need for a longer stay.
Insulation in some windows could be better (to keep out the winter chill) but bareable. Entrance to property is easy to miss especially during peak hours when Dorset Road can get quite busy.

We loved that the accommodation was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equiped with everythingwe needed. Communicating with management was easy and effective. Even though there were villa's all around us it was still quiet, private and had a lovely well cared for garden. 😍✨️
The lock on the downstairs bathroom was a little bit difficult to work. Not a problem for most but could be a bit tricky sometimes.

The kitchen was well set up, the beds were very comfortable and the people - on the phone and by email - were very nice. The villas are set back from the fairly busy road (Dorset Road), and there were a number of large trees around to help dampen traffic noise, as well as a little garden that attracted some birds.
Some of the interior design was very odd - power points you had to crawl under stairs to get to; a large tv in a room where you can't move the furniture so you could watch it, and a very small tv in a large and open lounge room upstairs; not quite enough adjustable lights; not the best water pressure.

The location was excellent - close to the shops and everything else we needed. We were able to duck out to the Yarra valley easily for sight seeing. The villa was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The park next door has a lovely playground. All interactions with support staff were courteous and helpful, and an appropriate level.
The level of wi-fi accessibility was suitable for a few days. If our stay had been prolonged, meaning I needed more access for work-related streaming or zoom meetings, that may have been tricky.

Owners were easy to communicate with. Very understanding with booking arrangements.
Will definitely book with them again

The environment and feel Bungunyah apartments was lovely. The trees, greenery made it a very cosy and comfortable cottage. Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Quiet and private. Would absolutely stay there again.
Stay was comfortable but furniture and beds needed to be updated. Mattresses quite soft and uneven. Cobwebs around due the timber beams so needed an overall good dust in the ceilings and pelmets of the vertical blinds.

Excellent location that was central to those we were visiting. Here at facilities in the room, nearby shops and restaurants.
Will definitely book again

The unit was comfortable and in a pretty estate, next to a playground and close to a lot of facilities.
The yard isn’t enclosed but it was a good size for our five year old and he especially loved collecting the acorns from the big tree out front.
It was a little cold in the property but the heating was excellent so it wasn’t uncomfortable.

Had everything we needed including washer and drier and even an outside line to dry washing in the fresh air.
Very pleasant and well appointed.
High traffic noise, otherwise no issues.
