Great beach location with great choice of restaurants very close
There were maintenance issues with the room that interrupted our stay

It's close to the beach
It is absolutely filthy. There is not a single clean surface or thing in the entire hotel. Clearly past it's heydey 30 years ago. Asking price is outrageous compared to what else you can secure on Bali island.

Breakfast was fantastic and the pool/swim up bar was perfect for families. The grounds were lovely and felt secluded.
The rooms were very dated, this included the beds/sheets etc, they urgently need replacing and the room would often have a bad smell when you walked back in.

The location of the hotel is excellent- very close to all the lovely beachside restaurants and the beach itself- you could not ask for a better location. We upgraded to a Deluxe Chalet room as the original room wasn't very nice. The Deluxe Chalet room was excellent- very comfortable with a beautiful view of the garden. We liked the pool a lot. There was easy access with a railing, necessary for people like me, Senior Citizens with mobility problems. We loved the music played at the pool bar. The pool loungers were good but there should be more of them with sun umbrellas for all loungers as people these days need to be careful about getting too much sun. A lovely gentleman called Asa helped us upgrade our room and was most helpful and efficient- he should be rewarded by the hotel for his excellent interaction with guests.
The hotel is much in need of some renovation. Many things are falling apart and dirty, including all the outside lights and statues in the garden. The water features near the restaurant didn't work and were filthy with awful stagnant water- very unhygienic and pretty disgusting. The buffet breakfast was awful- poor selection and terribly presented- nothing was at all attractive or appetising. The egg station was okay but the selection of fresh fruit was dreadful (Bali is a tropical paradise, so why such awful fruit?) and the breads and pastries were disappointing. No cheese, cold cuts on offer at all. Why does the hotel not install a coffee machine so guests can help themselves to their cappuccinos or lattes? In the room, the bed was extremely high and hard to get into for Senior citizens and people with mobility problems. Also the Deluxe Chalet rooms only have a bathtub/shower combination, not easy for people with arthritis or other mobility problems. The WiFi was erratic and only really worked well outside the room. The hotel should warn guests when they are going to fumigate the gardens- there was no notice given and the smell was disgusting.

The location was really good and the staff were fabulous
A bit of an update as well as repairs needs to be done
Despite asking many times, we had a door that we couldn’t close, we ended up fixing ourselves (with WD 40)

Location near double 6. Breakfast omelettes
Pool area. Friendly stafff
Place is a little tired but maybe still recovering from Covid but by no means distracts from the stay. Pastries for breakfast could be fresh. Use to be able to order fresh pancakes, now cold and rubbery. Need policing of towels on pool beds so all guests can use the pool

Great pool area

Location very central to activities in Seminyak.
Basic room and bathroom amenities with no Balinese character. Other guests would save pool loungers from 8am but not return to use them for over 3hrs and after use remain saving while out of the resort for a few hours more, while other guests could have been enjoying them.

Pool is nice. Location is really good.
Rooms were tired, gaps in doors to patio. Hard beds and old towels.

location was good
Beds were very hard and so were the pillows. The rooms and the buildings were so old and not updated. The food was very average. Tea and coffee were not restocked everyday. Just a very old hotel that needs lots of love!
Staff were just gorgeous as I would expect from Bali.

location ,ONLY!
One of the worst hotel in all 40+ countries I had travelled! The hotel discriminates unfairly against Asians! The smiles can not cover the truth.
I booked double bed for one person use, they gave me twins single bed. checkin was 2am ,the door card was even broken ,had to change a key again to open it. No one check the room ? Why don’t upgrade the room if you don’t have double bed? Does your hotel has common sense of hotel service?
The second day ,i asked to change to another room with double bed ,but the double bed is putting two single bed together. And the light even can’t switch off ,you have to cut done the electricity when you sleep. it means your air conditioner will turn off as well. You could imagine it’s definitely “good “feeling with sleeping in the gap of two beds … I had asked other white guests ,their double bed is real ,not like mine. Treat People equally, be good and kind.

The location was excellent . It's right on the beach the staff are super friendly and very helpful.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The AC was cold and so nice after walking around in 30 degrees heat and 100 % humidity.
The internet wasn't so good in the room at all .
You could see the poles the internet router was supposed to be on but they were removed.
The only internet was at breakfast or in the lobby for me .
