I really enjoyed the hotel and staff.

The staff was outstanding. The hotel was really nice and there was a 7-11 right in the building, very convenient. Close to stations and easy to get around. The room I stayed in was huge. I would definitely stay here again. We shipped outlet luggage from Tokyo to Kyoto and the process was so seamless. Lastly, the hotel was great with communicating with me before and during my stay.

The room could use some updating. I had a cleaning issue and it was addressed immediately. After that there were no issues.

Bett war komfortabel, gute Lage/Anbindung

Das Zimmer wirkte sehr veraltet (Alter Stil). Badezimmer an vielen Stellen verrostet, sodass es unhygenisch aussah und einfach nicht gepflegt. Über den Schränken war alles staubig. Das Gitter für die Klimaanlage wirkte verdächtig schmutzig und staubig, weshalb es sehr unangenehm bis muffig gerochen hat.

駅からのアクセスが良い割に静かなエリアです。ゲストラウンジとパティオでゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができるのが、同じ価格帯のホテルと比較したときの良さと言えます。私が滞在したときは、リニューアルオープン5周年記念として、スパークリングワインの提供なども行われていました。決して新しい建物ではないですが、比較的お安い価格で、ハイクラスに近い滞在を楽しむことのできる、なかなか他ではないホテルではないかと感じています。

Hotel Celestine stay

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Ideal location with train stations nearby. Open lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks was a treat. Breakfast buffet was yummy.

A grand hotel in a quiet area

This is a beautiful hotel with well-sized rooms for Tokyo and an attentive staff. It's got a grand lobby and even the walk to our room down the hallways showed a nice view of the courtyard. You could see Mt. Fuji from the distance in our room too. Like all hotels we visited, you're provided with pyjamas which is a nice touch in Japan. Staff were on hand to answer questions and offer advice, which lead to us being able to see the first sunrise of the year with thousands of other people, a Japanese tradition we didn't know about. We were also offered sake on the New Year and got to take home the cups, which was a nice souvenir and a testament to their attention to detail. The location is in a quiet area, with some residential streets but mostly work-oriented, which means there wasn't a great choice for restaurants and entertainment nearby. Luckily, several metro stations are in the area so you'll have no trouble getting to where you want to go.

Beautiful stay which made our trip to Tokyo even more perfect!

Absolutely loved it and would stay again! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and spacious and we got a really incredible view. The bed was super comfortable. The neighbourhood is quaint and such a good location to be based for exploring the city, with plenty of access to the train stations super nearby. Everyday after exploring the city we would take the train back and see the gorgeous Tokyo Tower while walking back to the hotel. And we’d come back to such a clean room with cooling AC. What a find this was!

Can’t fault it! The price may be a bit higher than other hotels but for the spaciousness, convenience, cleanliness and everything else it makes it so so worth it.

Superb

We stayed 3 nights. The room was spacious and had great view from the window. The hotel is close to the subway station Shiba-Koen and JR station Tamachi, so very convenient to go to many places. I liked the lounge which offers alcohol drink such as beer and wine for free.

Location is nearby office area, however, breakfast does not change and everyday is the same food.

I was given such a small room as compared with my colleagues who paid the same price, hence, this is unfair treatment.

Daily 🍷, soft drink & snack evening party 5-7 pm at 14F lounge. Nice place to take a rest after daily tours. No idea whether such service in place during last stay. Anyway 👍

Cleaning service some hiccup, floor not vacuum cleaned as several bread crumbles left during simple breakfast at room remains when coming back at evening. Informed front desk & seems improved. Staff is attentive & helpful.

At a quiet location but not far from the busy districts

The hotel located about 30 minutes car ride from Haneda airport. At a quiet location with easy access to nearby convenient stores, local eateries and public transportations. The property is clean. Friendly staffs.

Perfect for a short business trip.

The room was just big enough without being too small. Great value for money. Had a beautiful view, and I really appreciated having temperature control along with the small fan.

The toilet felt too small and cramped in the bathroom. Since I'm tall and big I had to close the door to even sit down and regularly felt uncomfortable.
