Family of 4 with 15 and 10 yr olds. Sofa beds were great and clean duvets, sheets provided. Room service was good provided fresh towels. Location was the best. The most popular areas took us two or three stations from Asakasa station. We checked in after 10pm but the night staff was there to assist us.
Room was spacious, good selection of food and convenience stores in the neighborhood.

Everything in this property is wonderful. The staff are extremely attentive, polite, responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to schedule manicures for my daughters. The room is comparatively spacious. Amazing bathroom. The beds are hard but we loved them. Location is a little farther out but very quiet and posh business district. 7-11 is right across the street, and several dining options just a few minutes away. Would highly recommend.

Easygoing stay for family, new, clean and nice Japanese style bathroom - it was good to have kitchen and table space for apartment like stay. Close to station, good restaurants around, easy access to Shibuya and omotesandou.
None. Price was very high due to high season Christmas time (?)

ファミリー4人で同じ部屋に泊まれて、ダイニングソファがあって良かった。
入ってすぐに、キッチンから臭いがあり、水を流して空気清浄機を付けなければならなかった。

Such a great location within walking distance of many facilities, restaurants etc and especially cool is the Harry Potter feature as you’re walking out of the station, along with the Harry Potter cafe.
Loved the gorgeous view from the balcony too
Can’t wait to return, thank you for looking after us

Staff were warm, friendly and helpful with good grasp of English which helped as our Japanese is basic at best. Loved the laundry facilities -easy to use, affordable and essential for a family travelling with only carry on luggage.
BUN CAFE across the road - the best drip coffee, a piece of paradise
Room was dark, bathroom small, smelled damp though a dehumdifier was provided. Roof garden had a nice view but little effort at creating a beautiful space for guests to really enjoy

The staff were amazing. There was a local festival a day after we arrived and they made arrangements for us to be involved which was very special. The rooms were very comfortable. We had easy access to transport and found that AKASAKA was a nice relief from some of the busier parts of Tokyo. Lots of cheap and easy options to eat around the area and a couple of convenience stores across the road. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and the location is really convinient. Just few mins away from Akasaka station. Lots of restaurants nearby just within 10 mins walking distance
During my stay I saw several ants on the bedding board .

Mimaru in Akasaka is a nice hotel, the room was clean and the staff was lovely.
Having a wash machine and a dryer downstairs is great.
The rooms are a bit on the small side. We had the Japanese apartment and are a family of 4 and were a bit tight for space but I suppose that's the same everywhere in Tokyo.

Super location for families (we had 3 kids between 4 and 9 with us), as it’s in a perfect neighbourhood, close to the action but not in the middle of it. There is a metro stop 3 minutes away which connects to the entire city very easily so perfect. Nice to have a big space for the kids to cool down in the evening.

Quiet street close to the subway, walkable to Roppongi Hills, across the street from two convenience stores. We appreciated having a kitchenette and slightly separated space between where we slept and our kids slept. The staff were helpful and kind.
Trivial wish: I would have loved if they had paper towels in the kitchenette rather than requiring you to ask for them. Obviously this is a small thing!

Really good family apartment for central Tokyo we felt safe and comfortable
Not enough lobby space to relax

Love the location. Great room set up. Kitchen is well set up to cook small meals. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure and quick hot water. Staff was very friendly.
Only small hanging clothes space available. No dresser or shelves to unpack suitcases properly. Not place to really put suitcases.

Location and specious room.
TV has very few local channel. The bedding and pillows have smells. No washing machine in the room means when you are washing cloth you need to be around for the entire cycle: 30 min washing and 1.5hr drying (plus the time running up and down stairs)
8.0 / 10.0
Quiet and easy access to trains
only one lift servicing the whole complex
7.0 / 10.0
Space is much bigger than most of the hotels in town
The carpet on the floor and the sofa beds, all shows it lacks proper washing/cleaning and ventilation.
8.0 / 10.0
location, cleanliness, laundry facility
it was too just for the family for 4
