Honestly, the staff is what makes this hotel, particularly the manager Ana and her employee Alexandra. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is also excellent, right across from the town’s longest cable car (the one that goes to the alpine metro ski train) and the short alpine slide track. Breakfast was good though items aren’t always replenished if you come later in the morning. The croissants are baked fresh! The views are stunning, especially from rooms that end in 1, 2, or 3 on higher floors. Because the hotel has a volleyball field, there is no building immediately in front of it to block the views of the Fee glacier from these rooms. We liked that the elevator is glass so you could enjoy the mountain views on the way to your room. Would easily stay there again, and again, and again….
The decor is a bit retro but that wasn’t an issue. The toiletries could also use an upgrade. There wasn’t any conditioner, for example. There is also only one family suite that can accommodate a family of four in one room. It wasn’t available when we stayed there but we were able to get two adjoining rooms, which was great, but of course that doubles the price. This is more a concern about Europe as a whole than it is about the Hotel Alpin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—so much so that we returned for a second night.

La proximité de l'hôtel avec les remontées de l'Alpin Express est vraiment très appréciable. L'hôtel est également très bien situé par rapport au centre du village. Site très calme.

Localisation gentillesse personnel
Rien, le restaurant était fermé

Located directly by the ski lift, short walk to the center, clean rooms, rather basic but good breakfast, shuttle to the station, small but very well working spa area
A little too expensive (400 per night) for the offer, reserving via booking never expect the best room in the category (higher floor, better view) but rather the opposite, so was in that case, despite booking much in advance, felt a bit disapponting to hear we should have mentioned it in the booking (we thought it is self explanatory to have nice room with nice view but maybe it is our naivity) ski heating switched off too early so shoes were still a bit wet in the morning

Great location, friendly welcome, comfortable clean room & very good breakfast.

Close from the village and especially from the Alpin Express cabins.
The two armchairs in the hallway were not really at the right place. Limited number space when passing with the luggages.

Great location, the spa is very nice, and the bar/breakfast area are a good place to spend time with bad weather. Will definitely be back

Good breakfast, friendly staff (they quickly separated the beds for my son and I when I asked upon arrival), short walk to the slopes. The hotel's transport from the car parking was prompt and friendly.
Nice spa area with 2 saunas, jacuzzi and a quiet room with a pretty view, so was mostly feasible to share with other groups :)
We had dinner in the hotel one night and was very good and plentiful (the vegetarian option was not very creative, but at least there was one :)
The bathroom was not well ventilated (usual), and mold was growing in some corners, which is not uncommon, but should be cleaned.

Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful.
Limited restaurant facilities. Bathroom toiletries were a bit basic.

All good

Excellent central location directly opposite the Alpin Express lift. A little walk out of town but manageable. The rooms were adequate.
The general facilities were poor: the ski lockers do not have any sort of locking mechanism and when I arrived, my designated locker was full of someone else's gear.
The breakfast is disgusting and the rooms are pretty grim so far as decor is concerned with the cleaning smelling like an industrial hospital.

Right next to lift. Large comfortable room. Decent breakfast.

Skilift right across the street und great value for money!

This hotel is ideally located just next to the Alpin Express ground station and provides ski lockers where you can easily leave all your material. The checkin/out processes were flawless and the hotel staff very friendly. The breakfast (7:30-10:00) was great, the rooms very quiet and the beds quite comfortable for a 3*. We used the spa (only opens at 15h00 which is kind of late if you can't ski), the fitness and the game room (pool table, table tennis, etc). Like pretty much all hotels in Saas-Fee, this one also provides a taxi service from/to the parking where you have to leave your car. We'll go there again for sure.
Really nothing to complain about, everything went flawlessly and according to our plans.

It is very central. The area is lovely too.

Ideally located next to Alpin Express. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful & very friendly. Service is very good & efficient. Good value for money.
The evening scenery around bar and restaurant could be made more lively and cosy. Feels it’s very catered to families with kids. Restaurant starts and closes early, and the bar is sparsely staffed (with reception personal alternating between office duties and service at the bar). The restaurant set-up is efficient for breakfast, but lacks atmosphere in the evening.

In January, the slopes are not at all crowded. No waiting for lifts.
Saas Fee area does not get much sun in January (I knew that as I go there often).
