La estancia ha sido perfecta.

La ubicación excelente,el personal de recepción de 10, los chavales que te aparcan el coche de 10,todo muy limpio.El restaurante muy acogedor, y todo muy bueno.Sin duda volveremos.

Small and tired-looking room; very disappointing service from day manager; non-responsive management

Location was good

For €179 the room was extremely disappointing. The furniture was ‘wood’ veneer and scuffed and peeling along the edges, the chair seat had a (burn?) mark, all of which made the room look very shabby and dated. The bathroom had mouldy peeling silicone around the bath/shower edges. When we wanted to discuss this with the day manager, Gorka, he wasn't interested. When we asked if he thought the room was in an acceptable condition, for this price, he simply said ‘yes’. He initially didn't want to come up to see the room and what we were talking about. Eventually he did, but he wasn't interested in finding a solution; he even seemed to suggest that we could have caused the peeling veneer! We ultimately managed to get a small discount. This manager has a terrible attitude towards customers and we lost confidence in this hotel. The staff at reception, however, especially Antonio, was very apologetic and was very helpful in other ways and we can complement him on his customer service skills (unlike his manager). After we got back, we emailed the hotel head manager, Marta, several times but we still (after several weeks) have not had any response. The photos on the website don't give a good representation of the rooms (at least the room type we had; we can't comment on other rooms). Very disappointing service, attitude and room, so we will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. We have stayed in wonderful hotels across Spain for much better value and extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Not this one!

Great hotel in excellent location

Great location with parking in the centre of the old town. Close to all the sights and restaurants, but in a very quiet location nonetheless. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast

Nothing not to like, although the breakfast room was somewhat uninspiring (but more than offset by the great breakfast itself)

Inigualable para visitar Pamplona

Me encantó la ubicación. Estaba todo muy limpio y es muy bonito. La habitación y el baño eran amplios. El personal muy amable y atento. Volvería sin duda.

Llegar es algo confuso y no hay buenas indicaciones, aunque desde el hotel me enviaron unas recomendaciones para llegar.

La decoracio

El llit no es confortable. Els llums de l habitacio enlluernen, els mobles de ferro son freds. No hi ha gaire lloc a l habitacio per penjar ni deixar les coses. Per mi es un hotel de 3*, situat en un lloc amb mal ambient .

Great location, nice staff but their system needs to be improved a little bit

La ubicación más que nada, the location more than anything was ideal

The phone in the room never connects with reception since the first day that we arrived until the day that we left, the air conditioner in the room is control by the staff in the reception so I have to go to reception to ask to change the temperature in the room because was 26 degrees when was really hot outside so was a little bit frustrated have to go down to reception to ask to Chang it every time that I need it because the phone doesn’t work

Très bon hôtel idéalement placé.

Hôtel idéalement placé dans l' hyper centre de Pampelune. Personnel très agréable et très professionnel. Chambre, salle de bains et WC confortables et très propres. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons cet hôtel malgré quelques imperfections citées plus bas car ces remarques sont mineures en regard de la qualité globale.

Outre le fait que les WC ne soient pas séparés de la salle de bains ce qui est toujours embêtant, il n'y avait pas de brosse de nettoyage WC ce qui est encore plus embêtant pour le suivant... Pas non plus d'oreiller(s) supplémentaire(s) et pas de couverture d'appoint. Des petits détails mineurs qui surprennent quand même pour un 4 étoiles.

Beautiful stay in a nice hotel centrally located and would stay here again!

The property was beautiful. Clean and centrally located with friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Beds were very comfortable.

La ubicación es perfecta y en general todo estuvo muy bien. Desayuno muy completo y bueno

Espacio muy muy reducido para poner tus cosas. Armario minúsculo y sin gavetas. Si vas por 4 noches como nosotros, resulta incómodo tener cosas por todos lados porque no hay donde guardarlas.

Oogde veel mooier op foto! Goedkope materialen en al redelijk afgeleefd. De Kathedraalzaal die op foto zo mooi leek was niet beschikbaar voor geen enkele maaltijd. Kamers vrij simpel en ontbijt in ongezellige grote zaal.

Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt im Herzen der Altstadt in stilvoller Umgebung.

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, mit direkter Zufahrt und Parking beim Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und guter Service im sehr feinen Restaurant. Ruhige, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, tolles Frühstückbuffet.

Estada correcta en un hotel ben situat.

Esmorzar correcte per a un hotel d'aquest nivell. Potser hi falta més fruita diversa. No hi ha ous durs. Cafè passable. Aparcament tipus valet molt eficient. Molt a prop de la zona de tapes. Ben situat per fer excursions cap a la Navarra humida. Dutxa bona (banyera remplaçada per ample plat de dutxa, com en d'altres hotels).

A l'habitació no hi ha cafetera ni bullidora. Al menys bullidora, un hotel de 4* n'hauria de tenir. No hi ha lloc per deixar còmodament els estris de neteja i cura personal, al lavabo.
