Sin climatización, con una ventana pequeña alta, que da las escaleras por donde sube todos los clientes. Exceso de ruido.

Está bien para sacarte de un apuro, pero no lo recomiendo como primera opción

La ubicación, aunque está al lado de una zona de bares y por la noche gran parte del ruido está aislado, aunque no pude dormir bien.

Mala atención a la hora de hacer check-in: nos atiende una camarera del restaurante tras 10 minutos dando vueltas y dejándonos a medias. Es muy mala idea hacer la recepción del alojamiento en el pasillo de la cocina al comedor. Las instalaciones eran algo decentes pero la puerta de la habitación no cerraba si no lo hacías con llave, la del baño se atascaba y la cama estaba impecable, pero era incómoda. Al irnos, nos despidieron de milagro porque alguien nos oyó dejar las llaves en el buzón.

It was a good place to stay if you want to be in the midst of noise.

Knowing what I know now, I would have booked away from the noisy street.

I like the place just the location wasn’t good for me.

good value for money - very central and clean

location was fantastic - right in the centre of the city - on a busy street but we were located at teh back of the hotel so noise was not an issue

room was small but adequate for our needs

It was somewhere to sleep on the way.

Location is good, but it’s very basic. I had booked an en-suite room, but was ‘downgraded’ on arrival. Not really what I needed after nine hours driving south through France. Parking available underground in the nearby square, an you can pay for this automatically with a Via-T tag, this is expensive, though, €16 for an overnight.

Great location and friendliness of the staff who did utmost to sort out a problem with the private bathroom. We were placed in a different room for our first night at a much reduced rate due to problem with bath.

STAY AWAY

Incredibly noicy location on the big party street combined with no aircondition made sure we didn't close an eye all night. The staff was the rudest we met on our trip through Spain, and we mostly felt like an inconvenience to them. The room wasn't ready even though we arrived well after check-in time. It was clean, but tiny and because Otano also houses a restaurant, the entire hall smelled of food - they dont serve breakfast though, and will get very offended if you're stupid enough to ask. I would'nt recommend to anyone!!

Superb location if you don’t mind noise. Good bedrooms but would be great with air con. Superb tapas & very friendly

Really central location beside the square. Super tapas bar at street level, great restaurant on first floor. Located in main food & drink area.

No air conditioning. Very noisy as street is full of bars & restaurants, although balcony doors in bedrooms are very well sound proofed.

Good choice of hotel for party lovers! Not for people wanting quiet.

Bedroom was clean and adequate.

The size of the room/ bathroom just a little too small for comfort. Noise level resulted in a bad nights sleep for us both.

A practical option!

It was v central, near to lots of pincho bars (& therefore a bit noisy). There was a luncheon restaurant on site.

WiFi was a bit weak.

Excellent location, acceptable VFM, BUT, you might not get any sleep ....

As described, this hotel is a very short walk from the centre off Pamplona. The public, underground parking is very convenient and reasonably priced (12EU over night). The hotel is within a building with a great restaurant & an excellent downstairs cafe. Rooms are basic, with a very small shower room, that were acceptable given the price.

We had two rooms facing out onto the pedestrian thoroughfare, a nightclub was playing music very, very (VERY!) loudly until about 2:00am (Thursday night/Friday morning)). It is not the fault of the hotel, but you need to be aware that you might have badly disturbed sleep.
