Het chateau was prima. Zag er sfeervol uit.. Restaurant uitstekend.

The restaurant was to a very good standard and the food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients.
Thé room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and recently refurbished but the standard was about what you would expect for the price paid.
The château and grounds were a little jaded.

Bed was very uncomfortable and no tea making facilities

We love this hotel and it’s history. We have stayed in the chalets, the Orangery and now the actual main building which was really nice. Stayed in room 7 which hopefully will have the jacuzzi working soon.
Great service from the staff.
Nothing - Love the place

We love our room, where we feel so cosy and at home.
The lady at reception is lovely and most accommodating, as well as the night reception person.
Food and staff in restaurant just amazing
Breakfast a bit poor, not up to the other standards
Front desk man , who told me off because I was not happy that the sanitizing gel dropped on my bag and my coat... very upsetting person
Very noisy group of guests in the staircase during the night

Restaurant was excellent and the chateau had a lot of history attached. Staff were lovely.
3.5
Breakfast was good and varied cold buffet choices..it was quiet in the evening. Staff were pleasant. Room at the top had view of garden/park; bed was comfortable. Instead of searching for a restaurant we had a picnic in the garden.
The bathroom had a bath with shower attached. The shower head was broken, and although replaced on request; this produced a trickle of water. Physically unable relied on shower working. The pressure of water was not the problem. Shame the restaurant was closed on Su day evening,, woken up at 5.30am with a delivery to premises.

Good location, good on-site restaurant
Lack of ventilation in the bedroom and en-suite (we couldn't open the windows)
Fire escape arrangements could be better.

Good location and a lovely setting
The staff were not friendly one waiter was talking about the group in French and not being complimentary. The service was exceptionally slow and the lactose allergy was not catered for even though they had been informed weeks earlier.
