A lovely surprise after a long journey

Room very comfortable and spacious Breakfast was excellent in a light airy room, the staff were very pleasant . The spa facilities looked inviting unfortunately we didn’t have the time to partake of them , next time !

A pleasant stay on the edge of town

Had to stay over 2 days for a rainy pause on a bicycle tour. This was a nice experience with the Spa facilities and good food

Very friendly staff but not clean and safe for kids

The staff was super friendly and helpful

The location is a bit strange, in a shopping mall. The pool was cold and some tiles were missing. The water didn’t seem too clean as both my 1-year old and me had a rash after swimming. Our airco wasn’t working but that was nicely compensated with a free breakfast. Dinner was ok, the meat was not too fresh but French fries were good. Baby chair is not safe, as there is a strap missing.

having to wait till 5pm on a Sunday for reception to open, not informed about this beforehand, likewise lack of bar and restaurant on a Sunday.

Sauna - big enough for one or two people Staff very helpful when available Reception has very limited opening hours

The pool was tiny? the pictures on the hotel's site are missleading. This old lady could do all of 6 strokes end to end, a guy I suppose, could have done it in 4.

Exceptional

We came to this hotel with late notice and the staff could not of been anymore helpful , Food and facilities were great .

there was only paper cups in the room . maybe some little bottles of shampoo etc.

Very nice hotel

The staff was very friendly, the spa was a little dated, but still very good, the breakfast was very good, the room was very nice and quiet and we had a lot of parking.

The bed was very soft (which was not very good for our backs).

Business Traveler

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was really good. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

The room was not clean. All I could smell was dust so I figured the heater filter needed cleaned so I checked it but it was clean. The room was just very dusty.

Not luxurious but ok for one night

Business park location. Exterior a little run down. Staff so helpful, nothing to difficult. Unfortunately next door to very noisy restaurant. Room appeared to be directly above exit.

Comfy bed, but no hot water

Comfy bed and easy to get to after long drive. Close to main road.

There was no hot water. I arrived late and had to leave early so there was no way they couldve fixed this for me in time. I did read other reviews saying the same... so they clearly don't care or else it wouldve been fixed.

Good staff & comfirtable for a one night stay

The reception staff were the best part about this hotel, so friendly, helpful and accomadating

The staff are helpful but that is where it ends.

I can’t honestly say I liked anything.

The place is extremely run down, pictures do not reflect whatsoever. They were not ready for breakfast until 8:30, there is no reception. This was a quick stop for us, but we actually considered to leave, uncleanliness in the rooms were high and a smell that I cannot describe.

Great breakfast (choose in the evening, Pick up in the morning) Good personal Comofortable bed

No warm water on the first day - but quickly fixed. The sealing of the Massage function in the shower should ne checked (room119), water was running out everywhere. Pools were not open, even if booking.com says they are in the FAQ.

The pool was excellent and the staff were very polite.

The location isn't great, it's in a kind of retail park without any footpaths and litter on the ground. (Outside the hotel premises!) The hotel restaurant area and pool were great, but the carpets in the rooms and hallways were beyond old! Definitely needed to be changed a few years ago..

Has all the potential

On arrival the place looked excellent and we were very happy and excited to wake up for the spa in the morninng. But we're soon disappointed.

We booked this hotel for the spa facilities but it was only open for 2 hours in the day time and nothing was on or ready. The manager on reception told us that only 1 of the hot tubs was working but after 1 hour of soem other guests sat around complaining, she then came to turn on the other 2 hottubs. So she lied to our faces for no reason. They should have had it all running and warmed up ready for the open time of 10am not the closing time of 12pm. Also the check out time is 11...? No towels in the room.
