The public areas of the property are very beautiful. The brunch was delicious.
The room I booked was not the same room that was shown in the photos. It was a room that had 12 inch windows in the top portion of the chateau that I had to stand on my tip toes to see through. When I made a request to change the room, they said that it was the room I had booked- and otherwise there were no other rooms available. There are better chateaus for the money. It did not meet my expectations.

Dinner was good and enjoyable
Breakfast was very good and catered for all tastes. Choices were excellent
Breakfast - unfortunately the heated appliance did not keep the food very hot - the scrambled eggs were cold.

Beautiful château, well l kept and clean. Very good champagne breakfast. Good location for visiting champagne houses, finding gourmet restaurants and getting lost in the beautiful vineyards.
We weren’t able to use the on site restaurant for on our late afternoon arrival. Reservations essential. We were given a list of alternative places though a bit far after travelling all day. We resorted to in room picnic after a visit to the supermarket.
We visited the fine dining restaurant the next night and we were not overwhelmed with the offerings. Also the wine was rather expensive.

When we arrived it was a beautiful idyllic setting we went to reception and was shown to our room we had to go back outside to go back inside the main door which we found out in the morning there was no need we could have walked through the hotel to get to our room we were given the key to the room then he left he did not offer to help us with our luggage or offer someone to assist us i didnt find the gentleman to be very friendly or helpful the room was stunning and huge lovely view of the moat. Breakfast was amazing it was a very good buffet the staff were helpful and there was also a hot buffet and you could even have a glass of champagne with breakfast!. We would definitely go back as the room and hotel was amazing and we loved the area
The staff member on arrival was not very helpful did not offer any assistance for our luggage 😕 so had to struggle up the stairs with the suitcase the main restaurant was shut so we had to have dinner in the brasserie was OK but would have preferred to eat in the restaurant.

breakfast was great, big choice, they arrange us a dinner in a nearby restaurant, champagne was just excellent. The building and the surrounding was stunning.
in the village where the castle is located is not much to do, except close champaign bottarga which was closed at the time of our visit

What a wonderful place to stay. Second time, disappointed that the orangery was not open, but that was our fault. Time in reconnaissance is time well spent.
All was good, many thanks

Amazing hotel
Great facilities, big comfy bed and stunning grounds.
I loved all the different rooms that's you could use ie the lounge downstairs with the roaring fire.
It was a shame it was raining as it would have been nice to explore the grounds more with the dog. Too wet and muddy!

I usually review every little details of the places I stay in. No need here. Simply a delightful experience, just go and try it for yourself.
Couldn’t think of anything even if I wanted to.

Quiet and secluded chateau. Perfect for a family visit in the middle of winter. Rooms were comfy and bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate.
Loved everything but if I had to say one grievance- the doonas were slightly too thin for a winter stay. Wouldn’t deter me from staying again though.
