Overall, extremely good stay.

I asked for a twin room as I was with my sister and this was arranged. Beds were extremely comfortable and room, although not overly large, was extremely clean with good facilities. Luggage had been taken to our room before our return. Location of hotel was very central. Good variety at breakfast of cereals and fruit with well cooked hot food. Excellent cocktails as nightcap.

Very pleased with our stay.

Location, staff, breakfast, big rooms, facilites in the room were good, we had all we need. If something missing we asked and immiatly they brought it.

The location is unbeatable - very convenient for central London. The breakfast options are also amazing. Staff are all very helpful.

Fantastic location for theatre land or retail shopping you can walk to most places easily.

Location excellent in the centre for shopping in both Regent/Bond Street and Covent Garden too. Room upgrade given on arrival to third floor (due to a minor hic with water supply on previous visit in Nov 2023). Breakfast was excellent and service excellent too, choice of buffet or Al-la carte within the std breakfast price.

Disappointment with very small bathroom facilities. Only one wash basin and shower was above the bath and the shower head was fixed so ladies wanting to shower without wetting hair had to use the horrid plastic shower caps, or have a bath. The light just inside the door wouldn't switch off at night time without removing the room card. If you wanted to visit the bathroom during the night you had to put the card back into the slot and then of course the light came on in the bedroom too (just inside door) which disturbed the sleep of your partner.

Dated, damp stains on ceiling, marks on walls, toilet holder loose on wall, not what we would expect from an expensive 4/5 star hotel, also booked premium room with Square view but could only see part of square due to being on floor 5 and overhang of building.

Loved our stay

We just loved our stay at the Radisson Blu Hampshire. The location was just perfect, so many restaurants and it was in amongst all of the atmosphere. Was surprised how quiet the actual room was and we slept comfortably every night. We stayed in the premium room and the size was huge. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Love it.

A quick mother daughter visit to London.

The staff very graciously set up a bed for my daughter in our room when I asked for twin beds. They also allowed us to check in early as our flight from New York came in before three o’clock. The breakfast was varied and copious and kept us going for much of the day.

The only problem we encountered were the curtains in the room which we could not close completely. A bit of a problem as the room looked down on Leicester Square and the lights of the square were bright until about one in the morning.

Location is central and convenient - staff is professional and attentive. Rooms are cleaned promptly and throughly.

Adeline breakfast waiter was exceptional- it was such a treat to have coffee in the morning and have her attentive presence there- very much appreciated !

There was some noise from street musicians when I was in a room side facing the square - Moved rooms toward the back and it was wonderful- staff was very accommodating.

Highly recommend - Brilliant staff

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble!

TV was not working in the room but was swapped very quickly. However, the stand did not fit on the table so was left pointing away from where you would watch it. Had to move a unit of furniture to actually watch it. Based on the noise (overlooking Leicester square), some earplug would have been a nice touch!

Excellent location!

The hotel location is the best! Transportation from Heathrow Airport to the hotel was so easy via Piccadilly Line. Moreover, you can go to many touristic areas by walking from the hotel. Furthermore, it was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Overall, my experience in the hotel was very nice.

Even though the quality of the breakfast is excellent, I think that there can be more choices for a five-star hotel. For example, in my opinion, there would be more cheese options. Also, the milk on the tables sometimes contains dust, therefore they can be serviced as closed.

Top class hotel

Fabulous room in an excellent location for all the theatres. This was our second time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. I highly recommend. Breakfast was delicious and our room was really big with a large double bed and big (very comfortable) pull out sofa bed. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and the staff were all very friendly.

Can't fault this hotel, our stay was perfect.

Comfy, spacious, great location, incredible breakfast, attentive and friendly staff.

Easy to find, quiet, perfect temperature, amazing breakfast, very attentive staff, very easy check out and check in. Wonderful views from window. Fantastic shower. Super comfy bed. Nice gym. Affordable if going cheapest room and still spacious.

The room was a little too hot at first. There was chewing gum on the floor of the room. The TV was a little small. The bottles could have been more sustainable. Window cleaning happened at 8am. There was a £100 deposit for the room.
