מיקום מעולה, חדרים נוחים ונקיים, צוות קשוב.
מנקים את החדרים בשעות אחה"צ המאוחרות - קצת לא נוח.

Location is fantastic for all of the West End.
The staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

The staff is the nicest, friendliest, most professional, most helpful staff you'll ever come across.

The hotel location is very central, which is perfect as you are 1 min away from the Chinese/gay neighborhood & Piccadilly Circus, thus there're lots of restaurants and shops. Tube station is 3 min away, which is also very convenient.
Good mattress, very confortable, I always sleep very well in this hotel.
Please note that, as the hotel is located at Leicester Square, if your room's window shows the street, you might find it noisy. Otherwise, this is a very nice place to stay and I will stay there again.
As I traveled there for work, I was expecting a desk in the room to work on my laptop (just like the sitting area I had in my previous room) but unfortunately, no desk in this one so it was a bit complicated to work in the room.

The location was alright and once we got the right room we paid for it was clean and nice enough
The staff I cannot say that they all were rude but one woman in particular middle aged , glasses I didn’t get her name was horrible to deal with , thought she was clearly better than everyone , we got given the wrong room on the first day and then were told they were no rooms left to have us changed to our correct room Untill the next day (we weren’t offered compensation or anything ) the next day was advised to hand out luggage in at reception and come back at three to check into the next room , when we did that the woman asked for our luggage tags which we didn’t get when we checked them in but I advised there should still be tags from the previous day when we paid to have the luggage held (£15 per item or bag ) she then said “yesterday is yesterday so that doesn’t matter “ in a horrible tone , the following day at check out she snatched out our hand and we asked to story our luggage with them somehow the price for the luggage hood went up because they were busy and didn’t have any room apparently but if we pay more they did . Although regardless of the errors they made we were still charged this , I am not one to write a review and this is actually the first time I have ever done this but for someone to speak to people the way she did and still have a job is beyond me

Il s'agit de mon 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel en moins de 5 mois et j'en suis totalement ravie :-) Personnel sympathique et attentif aux besoins du client. Localisation parfaite! Chambre (suite) spacieuse et bien équipée. Hôtel et chambre très propre. Je recommande sans hésiter!!

Location was everything. Restaurants, stores etc. all in walking distance.
I wouldn't say that it's a dislike, but after an 8hour flight and hardly any sleep, I was exhausted, so I just wished the room was ready, so I would have gotten some much needed rest and not have to wait until 3pm.

Me again...another great stay at The Victory House! The staff is most friendly and ready to help in any way possible. Be it directions, ideas or just offer a warm greeting to welcome you throughout your stay. It's a perfect location for touring around London, a night or two out in the West End for pubs or the theaters and a quick 2 minute walk to the Tube station. Restaurants are but a few minutes away, China Town is 1 minute walk and there are plenty of shopping stops in Leicester Square or Covent Garden. The hotel is nice and quiet, the room has everything you'll need but space to lay 2 large suitcases probably won't happen unless you are creative. Blackout curtains are ready to darken the room and keep it that way until you decide to greet the day! It's a great place to stay and I'll be happy to return again soon!

Location is perfect, accessibility, near to underground stations, night life, good restaurants nearby, staff were really nice, friendly and helpful.
A bit noisy area around during night time, so I recommend to go for high floor back side room for more quite sleeping specially if family traveling with kids ..
Also no wardrobe available in the room but manageable.

Front desk was awesome, you feel welcomed. Location is amazing. Beds very comfortable.
Room considered little small. You can hear noise all day long as hotel is in top of Leicester square.

The location was very central and convenient to get around from. This was pretty much the only positive part of my stay.
The AC in the room was broken, the room was much smaller than advertised, staff only came to clean the room once in my 4 night stay, one of the elevators was out of service the entire stay, and every time I used the other elevator, emergency services was called automatically from the elevator call box, even though I never pushed the emergency button. There was something seriously wrong with the elevator. Whenever I brought up any of these issues to hotel staff, they were dismissive, and just asked for my room number and wrote it down. Nothing was ever done about any of my complaints. I asked for my room to be cleaned on the second day of my stay, as soon as I realized it wasn't cleaned - it took them an extra 2 days to actually clean it. For over $600 / night, all of these issues were completely unacceptable.

The location is great! Very convenient and accessible, however, they should have better directions for the first timers. The staff is amazing, very friendly and welcoming.
The floors make sounds while walking.

Really covenient location in Leicester Square, with many food options theatres and the Picadilly Line are all within walking.
Somewhere near the front of the hotel is very vibrant and had live performances on weekend evenings. There's a bar right at the lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel allows for early check-in and late checkout with some charges.
Some reviews says it's noisy, but our room was farthest from the lobby, hence the window facing wasn't towards the crowded area of Leicester Square, and was pretty peaceful even though we were only on level 2. Request for that if you are sensitive to noise.
Shower's water pressure and heat control was good too.
Would be nice if there was a movable small table or luggage rack, but it's not that important.
Nothing that I particularly disliked about it.

The location, the room and overall experience were absolutely amazing. Stuff was very nice and helpful. I'd be happy to stay here again.
Based on our experience I would recommend to leave suitcases in storage very early in the morning, but that's just one note.
