Comfortable room. Kind staff.
We ordered breakfast in our room. Would come in 15 minutes they said. After 50 minutes the warm breakfast was still not there. We had to leave to catch our ferry in time. So paid for nothing. Hope to get a refund for that breakfast.

The hotel has a bella italia restaurant inside so the food and bar area were excellent. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for a one night stay before catching the ferry. Kids eat free at the restaurant, including breakfast!
No mush to complain about really, the check in staff were not the most helpful and looked a little unprofessional with crumpled shirts. but the restaurant staff made up for this as they were fab.

Great room, comfortable beds and the food in the attached Bella Italia was lovely. Nice staff
Because there was 3 of us they gave us the disabled room which meant it had a sitting shower. Not very practical for people who are 6ft 3 tall. The water splashed all over the bathroom and up to the door as it was a 'wet room'. The shower could have done with a vertically moveable shower head.

Friendly staff nice clean hotel . Very relaxed atmosphere.
Did not like the hand/body wash provided it was parsley fragrance and was not nice . Tv in bar is on but you cannot hear it as music is playing in background . Would be better if they could put subtitles on.

The hotel is well situated for easy access to Dover. It was very quiet and the rooms were comfortable. We had breakfast which was delicious and served by a friendly and helpful chef who offered to cook eggs to order. They seemed to go out of their way to help people with specific dietary requirements. It was well served with a bar, snacks, coffee and a Bella Italia.
No complaints

Convenience to facilities and port. Bt was serving even though it seemed closed after we had arrived quite late.
We had asked for a twin room (for me and my brother-in-law) but were given a double. Staff on site solved our problem.

We use this hotel frequently . Clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfasts, good parking on site. The WiFi on our last visit did not work in the room but fine in reception areas. However we had not previously experienced this problem.
Location, cleanliness, parking and onsite dining. The staff are always friendly and on the ball.

Nice confortable room.
Bit of maintenance wouldn't go amiss. Bath fittings a bit loose for example.
The restaurant was styled ITALIAN but chef did not know about cooking pasta.

A nice basic hotel just outside Dover, it is a perfect stop over when getting an early ferry.
The staff were a bit thin on the ground so some waiting occurred but they were friendly and happy to help.
The food on offer at the Bella Italia restaurant is delicious and this is based inside the resturant itself.

The desk staff and room service woman both polite cheerful and helpful during the evening. Clean room. The restaurant Bella Italia was lovely serving delicious food. The young man who served use was warm and welcoming.
Very Strong airfresher smell all night in the room couldn’t work out where it was coming from had to use my asthma inhaler several times during the night other than that the room was perfect. The one other point I didn’t like was at breakfast asked the lovely lady where we could sit was told anywhere so we found a table near the front by the piano. The woman that was mopping the floor was huffing puffing with dirty looks at us not sure why as was only trying to have breakfast made us feel uncomfortable. In hindsight I should’ve asked her what the problem was.

Being a smoker, I didn’t like the allocated area has it was under trees & we were bitten my insects Because it was under the trees you couldn’t sit down in the morning because the sun couldn’t dry off the morning dew

Nice location and very clean. Staff very very good
Mattress on bed exceptionally lumpy and the wife and I rolled together in the middle. This was particularly bad as might wife suffers with fibromyalgia. A very poor nights sleep considering the cost.
