sehr sauber und ok für eine Übernachtung zur Pause vor/nach Fähre bzw. Eurotunnel

ruhige Lage, Ausstattung des Zimmers komplett mit Wasserkocher, Haarfön, TV usw. , kleines Pub mit Restaurant dabei. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten gegenüber (kostenlos)

sehr schmale Betten Das Angebot der Speisekarte war zwar gut, aber gefühlt die Hälfte nicht verfügbar.

Una bella scoperta!

Pub con stanze, veramente tipico! L’abbiamo trovato particolarmente accogliente, lo staff gentilissimo, la stanza ed il bagno puliti. La sera abbiamo cenato lì ed anche la cena è stata ottima, tipico cibo da pub ma con una marcia in più, a prezzi molto buoni. Quella sera c’era un duetto che suonava e, pur avendo capito che eravamo stranieri, le persone del posto ci hanno coinvolto e fatto ballare. È stato divertente!

Eine Nacht auf dem Land

Schönes Pub mit nur 4 Zimmern, angenehme entspannte Atmosphäre dort. Das Zimmer war bis auf die Betten des Grauens ganz toll, groß und hell. Gutes WLAN, gute Lademöglichten am Bett, sehr gute Infomappe. Frühstück war super!!! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Hier würde ich, falls die Betten mal ausgetauscht würden, auch gerne etwas länger bleiben.

Booking.com muss die Wegeführung ändern, sie schicken einen nach Ringwould, wo es eine Straße gleichen Namens gibt. Die Unterkunft haben wir dann erst gefunden, als wir das Pub bei Google maps eingegeben haben. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, waren die extrem schmalen Betten, 70cm. Wir hatten echt Angst, da rauszufallen - sind wir aber nicht 😏 Die Dusche war extrem heiß und wir haben es nicht geschafft, die Temperatur niedriger zu bekommen. Aua!

Would definitely stay again.

Location was convenient to Deal, and golf courses we played. Excellent food and bar. Rooms upstairs were spacious and quiet. We had rental car and had plenty of parking available.

surprisingly good stay

the room was convenient clean and comfortable. We had Dinner in the evening and the food was really good. We didn't get to explore he Area as we only stopped over to catch the Ferry next morning. For this occasion the Pub was perfect and I wish they get more visitors then just stop overs for the night.

Relaxing stay in lovely countryside

Cosy and friendly. Convenient location with free car parking opposite the property. Very comfortable bed. Well-cooked breakfast served with a smile. Quiet seating area at the rear of the property to enjoy a sundowner.

Very cozy Inn. Everything is very charming. Clean rooms with everything needed and great staff. We love to come back having more time. Absolutely recommended

Welcome! Wasn’t welcomed at all, told the Landlord wasn’t there and he didn’t know if we had a twin or a double room! Was handed a key but not told where it was or where we had to go. We were rescued by a lovely young lady who showed us to our room and apologised immensely

Lovely little place to stay

Lovely little pub only a stones throw from the channel ports or Deal town and seafront. In a tiny village that feels miles from anywhere! Clean, comfortable and modern room with en suite shower. Tea (Yorkshire Tea!) Coffee making facilities. Even a good TV!

Unfortunately the pub wasn’t offering meals when I visited. Hopefully this is just a temporary change. I was warned beforehand which was useful

Lovely quiet pub b&b close to port of Dover

Our room was very clean, well appointed, with a very comfortable bed, great bedding. Tea ,coffee and biscuits in room all good. Large and well cooked breakfast . Friendly host. Happily stay again.

An honest and comfortable B&B

Accommodation was comfortable, clean, and tidy. Food options for dinner and breakfast were good.

Despite confirmation of bookings for evening meals and breakfasts via Booking.com app chat, there was no record or bookings made for either of our stays. Fortunately able to be fitted in.

I left my stay feeling exhausted ,unfulfilled by an an experience which was meant to be relaxing

We were able to check in quickly and hassle free. The room was clean and well thought out.

The room was advertised as having a view, the view was of the car park ? The food was not up to standard, I ordered the steak medium but in actual fact it was rare, chewy and not pleasant. All the food including the breakfast tasted as if it could well have been cooked in dirty oil? In the room despite many attempts and reading the room manual we was unable to get the TV to work. We did not get any sleep as in the room just above the main door is a green fire exit light, this illuminates the room, also a rather large digital clock which again radiates light and also right above the bed a smoke detector that flashes. The bed looked like a double but in fact was to singles pushed together, admittedly it had a mattress topper but still made for a rather uncomfortable night.

ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL , AND WERE ALWAYS READY TO SPEAK WITH YOU . OUR ROOM NO.3 WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND A VERY GOOD SIZE , A PLEASURE TO STAY IN . BREAKFAST FOOD WAS FRESHLY COOKED AND A GREAT SELECTION . EVENING FOOD MENU HAD A LARGE SELECTION AND WAS VERY TASTY , ALL FRESHLY COOKED FOOD . PUB HAS A VIBRANT ATMOSPHERE AND IS FULL EVERY NIGHT .

TO BE HONEST I DO NOT THINK THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT I DID NOT LIKE AT ALL . BEING VERY PICKY A COUPLE OF THE DISHES ON THE MENU WERE NOT AVAILABLE ONE NIGHT BUT THAT WAS DUE TO BEING UNABLE TO SOURCE THE INGREDIENTS .

Rooms are modern and comfortable with nice touches that make a big difference. Things like a wireless charger and USB chargers beside the bed and smart tv just make things easier and more comfortable. Lovely country views from the room and the most relaxing shower. Lovely country pub full of friendly locals underneath, serving top quality pub grub and possibly the best cooked breakfast I've ever eaten!
