Worst hotel ever

Nothing is good about the property and its the worst hotel i ever went to

Okay for 1 or 2 nights. The only good thing about the stay was the location.

Excellent location The shower was quite nice

Duvet cover had a huge hole in it Coffee machine didn’t work Sliding wardrobe doors were a bit clunky Mattress was SOLID - and I mean SOLID!! Very noisy. Doors slamming every 2 minutes and also lots of building works going on which we weren’t told about prior to staying.

Not really worth the money

The location was ideal.

It was a little nosey. The room needed some love and attention for the price paid! There wasn’t a walk in shower, it was over the bath. Just a lot of noise.

الغرفة صغيرة جداً جداً ، وخانقة ، رغم غلاء السعر . لايوجد لوبي كبير . لايوجد شطاف في الحمام. الحمام صغير جداً

Comfortable and easygoing - perfect!

Very elegant and cozy in the middle of London. Friendly and welcoming staff, great food and bar.

A bit awkward layout of one of my rooms, with a staircase down from the door 😊

فقط موقع وحاولت عاملة نظافه اخذ مفتاح غرفتنا وعند رجوعي خرجت خارج الغرفه وسألتها وقالت بالغلط حسيت لا كانت تخطط لشيء

فقط موقعه ممتاز قريب من كل شيء وفندق

النظافه سيئه بالغرف ريحه المفارش وصخه مخاد سببت لي حساسيه بالوجه والجسمً الغبار يملء المكان والسرير

Location and breakfast offering were very good

You can describe a room how you like but to class it as superior is a little stretching the truth. Tiny bathroom, small bedroom, could hear every noise in the corridor, Nespresso capsules had not been replenished for stay. Just adding slippers and a spare pillow should not make it 4*. Very underwhelming. Also the lift was shared by the staff. Went for a drink at the bar - two staff in attendance and two customers and after ten minutes of waiting I gave up.

Amazing

The hotel is in a very good location. We can say that it is in the heart of London. I stayed in a single room, yes the room was small but it met all my needs. The cleaning was very good. My room was clean every day. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was working very well. I stayed here for three nights and will definitely stay here on my next trip to London.

The only disadvantage was that there was no mini refrigerator in the single room

The location only

The rooms are very small and i can hear everything going on outside so no soundproof/ i got two bed rooms that had hot AC and the third room the AC make noisy sounds. I tried ordering blankets but instead they give me a plastic blanket i cant even say that its a blanket .

Good value for money

Perfect location

Rooms were a little small and very noisy, showers were great water pressure and temperature control but too tiny. Lucky I am a small girl but I felt for anyone over 6ft.

We had a pleasant stay, we will definitely be back!

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast delicious. Location is perfect. Close to shops and the underground tube.

The elevator is small and slow. We used the stairs. Whole we were ok with using the stairs, it was not convenient for persons with disabilities, families with babies or older people.

The location is the best. The room was clean and every day we have got bottles if mineral water.

Very disappointing

Property is well situated

Our twin single room was extremely small and really only sufficient to accommodate one person. We had to ask for extra pillows as there was only one each. The shower was dreadful, little more than a dribble which was either scalding or freezing so completely unusable. We asked for a wake up call at 06.45 and it never arrived. I reported all these issues to staff and was simply told “ we’ll look into it”. No apology made and no offer to reduce the bill.

Great location, close to the metro and Oxford Street. Great breakfast, with buffet and a la carte options. Great staff, they helped me to receive packages and delivered them directly to my room, so nice of them.

Some people whom stay , smokes, cigarettes, and weed. The smell disgusting and very bad and There is a lot of noisy. They have only one elevator, which is always busy not recommend for anyone.
