快適なロンドンステイになりました🇬🇧

部屋が広く、冷蔵庫もケトルもあって清潔。シャンプーなどのアメニティがモルトンブラウンだったのでかなりテンションあがりました！いい香りです。アクセスと治安もすごくいい。ユーロスターの駅や空港まで1本で行ける。ホテル周りも駅周りも治安よし、毎日歩いてハイド・パークまで行ってました。素泊まりでしたがアフタヌーンティーも賑わっていました。またロンドンに来たら必ず泊まります！

少し乾燥するけど、それはホテルはどこも同じ

الفندق جيدا نوعا ما نظيف مقبول الموظفين ودودين خاصه الاخت روز طيبه جدا جدا خلوقه ومحترمه ان فكرت ارجع لحجز بفس الفندق سأحجز بسبب الموظفه روز

لم يعجبني فقط البعد عن السوق قليلا ويبعد عن الهارودز 24 دقيقه

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff but I would say on the lower end of five stars

I like the location and it has a nice bar

The beds and the covers are uncomfortable and the room was cold

A gorgeous hotel !!

The lady who checked us in was amazing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous The rooms are unbelievable size for the price everything is stunning and the digital shower was a great modern touch and the breakfast / afternoon tea room is beautiful and clean! One of my favourite hotels we have stayed at

We didn’t have any hotel dressing gowns in the room was my only mark down on this

Quintessential London hotel in fabulous location

Well presented, clean elegant hotel in a superb location. We were kindly up graded by the wonderful staff for our wedding anniversary. The room was on 4th floor. Great size. Excellent London view. Staff were super friendly and professional &courteous. They dealt commendably through a system glitch on the day we checked in which was admirable given circumstances. We would gladly anticipate a stay here again when we next visit London. Thank you.

Wished we had a pillow menu as my husband had a really soft and super firm pillow. I unfortunately had two extra firm pillows which made it difficult to get comfortable. Thankfully (for me) my husband gave me his. We also were unable to use the hotel bar on the first evening as it was closed at 11.15pm we were told we could order wine/champagne to the room which was disappointing as I really fancied cocktail. The next early we decided to get ready and have a drink in the hotel bar to find that it was closed for a private event for the whole night, equally dissatisfying.

Nice hotel, lovely downstairs bar but as with most good hotel noise issues ruin the stay.

The ESQ bar was lovely and the barman was excellent

The room 117 was nice and cosy. However we were woken at 3am by music from a room nearby. It was loud and this was followed by someone having a very loud conversation presumably on their phone. This ruined what was going to be a lovely stay as we returned from a previous visit. Thomas was nice enough to offer a discount on the stay but we may not stay again.

Great atmosphere in a lovely area of London with easy walking to most attractions.

Great location. Extremely well looked after. Excellent room. Facilities were all on site if needed.

Clean, pleasant, good location

Didn’t have breakfast, room very small. Corridors like warrens, would be concerned if there was a fire as I felt insufficient exit signs.

Not to our expectations

Great location

Breakfast was disappointing as limited selection of fresh fruit and service was limited as it appeared there was not enough staff available. Bathroom was very small and could not reach the taps to turn bath on due to a fixed shower screen. Limited toiletries and no tissues. Air conditioning was not working to its full capacity.

Nice decor in main lobby , comfortable hotel a bit expensive for such a small room.

Location was perfect for easy access to Tube as we were going to Chelsea FlowerShow . Enjoyed visit to The K bar in hotel opposite .

The room was tiny but comfortable . Our check in was very poor indeed as person couldn’t process pre authorisation wanted .

Charming Historical Stay with Minor Inconveniences

Great staff: Friendly and helpful. Historical building: Charming and full of character. Near to local market: Convenient for shopping and dining. Cleanliness: High standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Far from Underground or main road: Not the most accessible location. Nearest Underground doesn’t have a lift: Inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Small rooms: my room feels cramped. Limited window view: my room has restricted view. Shared lift levels: Lifts only go to certain floors, requiring additional stairs to access my room.

Fabulous location but not worth the money

Location was amazing, easy to find, friendly staff

Room was tiny, had no windows apart from one which would not open as it backed onto a cafe inside the hotel,the bed was very uncomfortable could feel every spring, we had no lights outside our room and the corridors were really dark and the cleaner went through all my toiletries not good 😡

extremely noisy and couldn’t sleep

great location and service level

super super noisy. we could hear the people talking in other rooms VERY loud and clearly and we could hear them walking as the floor boards sounded like wood creaking!! the people were awake the whole night making a ton of noise, making it impossible to sleep for the three-night stay.

I was going to the Royal Albert Hall, this hotel was in an ideal location

It was in a great location for the Royal Albert Hall. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in the hotel

There are a few steps to the reception There was no sign in the room to tell you how to turn air conditioning off The noise from the I presume air condition pipes outside my bedroom window was quite disturbing

Nice base if you are moving around Kensington, Chelsea and Knightsbridge!

Nice and well maintained hotel. Perfect location for our purposes with South Kensington station close by.

Some of the staff spoke rather poor english and there several small mix-ups diring oir stay. Nothing critical.

Excellent location, comfortable room, nice amenities.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel. I like the fact that it is close to hyde park as well as knightsbridge and mayfair. The location is one of the biggest USPs of the hotel.

Directions to rooms could be marked better. for the first few times, it took me a while to figure out where my room was or i took the longer route to my room.

Was ok but breakfast staff issue really did not go down well with me.

Property was modern and clean.

There was a Filipino lady that was on the desk at breakfast that was very abrupt and balled me out over the breakfast booking in front of other guests. I had paid for breakfast at the check in desk the night before but she said I had not.

Staff needs to be more organised when they are under pressure

The property in a excellent location away from Knightsbridge busy shoppers and tourists and few minutes walk to kings road and Sloan square

- Cleaners were vacuuming near my table while I was having breakfast (unprofessional) - staff were clearing out the buffet while others still didn’t finish their breakfast
