Right on the waterfront. Dog friendly. Lovely rooms. Delicious food. Kind friendly cheerful staff. Lift to all floors.
Food is a bit pricey. But delicious. Foyer is a little dark. Cosy for winter but a bit dark on a sunny day.

Comfy bed and lovely bath.
Mirror was inside the wardrobe which was difficult to use because of the armchair. No coat hooks inside room door (nowhere to hang our wet coats). Upon reception we were advised to book breakfast on the Saturday morning, which we did not have, yet we were charged for it upon departure. This meant the receptionist challenging our honesty before adjusting the final bill, leaving me feeling uncomfortable.

Comfortable bed, everything just so in the room. Excellent early dinner which was good value too.
Ipswich needs sorting out. Gaping holes around redundant churches, derelict shops. The waterfront is nice but the wider city needs help. It could do with parks where the building sites are, and more historic buildings open to the public who can then help fund them. Expensive, yes, but what’s it costing the city now in lost business? Not the lovely hotel’s fault, though, and they do a great job.

Food. Room and view. Toiletries.
Not enough light in the bedroom.

Staff really helpful. They even arranged for my hire car to be moved so I would be covered until after the duration of the footbal match I was attending. Excellent meals and lovely room.

High hotel that met my expectations in all areas: room food, staff. Premium location on waterfront
No issues with hotel. Food options on ipswich waterfront limited so recommend booking table at hotel

Superb location. Staff were friendly and helpful. My partner is in a wheelchair, we were unpacking the car I was going to take our bags in shifts but a lovely man came out and offered to help and carried our bags in. On checking out the same man came to help, even offering to drive our car round to the front of the hotel. This is an incredibly helpful gesture. Our meals were delicious. Couldn’t fault any of the staff, service was exemplary.

Supurb location right on the quay side with a selection of restaurants available close by (and in the hotel). Close to town centre but lovely quiet location. All the buildings in the area are converted from disused dockyard factories and warehouses. Lots of the original features have been retained making for a unique style. Nice sized rooms with good quality furniture and decoration.
There was no fridge in my room. Would have been nice to have a small fridge to keep water / drinks cold. No air conditioning and it was a particularly hot night. Room was clean but it was a bit grubby in places through wear over time. I was on a Booking.com discounted booking so it is likely that I was given one of the worst rooms. All this said - I would not be put off from staying here again.
