Prima!

Ontvangst was geweldig. De accommodatie is erg mooi. Ziet er heel nieuw uit. Gezellige restaurantjes en winkeltjes in de buurt.

De kamer was wel erg klein. Onze twee koffers konden we eigenlijk niet kwijt. Op je eigen terras zit je erg open. Strand is niet zo mooi.

Piękny hotel położony na wzgórzu, z rewelacyjnymi widokami. Na samej górze hotelu dostępne trzy pokoje z prywatnymi basenami, bardzo duże, wygodne, świetnie wyposażone i naprawdę warte swojej ceny. Profesjonalna i równocześnie bardzo serdeczna obsługa.

Absolutely wonderful and relaxing!!!

Everything!!!! It was an amazing place with incredible views, excellent service and a staff that felt like family when we left. Thank you Katerina, Elisabeth, Marika, Chromis, George, Evgenios, Karen and Angelika for going out of your way to make our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!!!

3 nights was enough.

The position and staff

The shower flooded floor. I thought we would have slippers and body cream. A bit low on the finer points. Got one beach towel. Had to pay if you wanted a fresh towel. Booking in took 40 min. All on computer.

I felt relaxed and happy

The ambience was really cozy and peaceful. The service was outstanding ding and staff was really friendly and helped in all possible situations. The food was very good. Location is perfect as it was only 10 min walk from the beach and the view from the hotel was breathtaking especially on sunsets!!

The breakfast was good however the food variety is pretty poor and repetitive

Amazing!

The customer service is absolutely amazing. By far the best I’ve seen in any hotel. You can tell it’s a family business and they will do anything to make your stay as good as it can be. The rooms are clean and modern. Food in the restaurant is also very good, not to mention the drinks!

Perfect stay for family!

The staff was excellent- everyone was attentive and friendly . They even gave a complimentary cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday! When the shower was not working, they immediately got it replaced. Overall great experience!

Our rooms were next to the road so was a bit noisy because of the cars. The ac gets turned off after 2 mins but it’s ok because the weather is not too hot.

Best hotel stay

I don't know where to start, this is an amazing hotel. The room itself was very spacious, with a sea view, a large bathroom, comfortable beds, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is styled very nicely and there are 2 pools and plenty of spaces to relax. The food in the restaurant is delicious though lacking a bit of choice and the cocktails were just amazing. I cannot emphasise how good the staff is, the 2 receptionists were very helpful and made us feel welcome (and we got a room upgrade), everybody was very kind and going out of their way, a special thanks to Chronos who was very nice and generous throughout the whole stay! I cannot recommend this place enough.

There is nothing about the hotel itself, however bear in mind that being there without a car, you will have to rely on the buses which are not very reliable.

We loved every moment of our stay at this beautiful and friendly place

We loved everything about this place, but mostly very friendly and professional staff, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Our 10 month old son Timothy loved everyone too, he was treated so well at this hotel. We will definitely come back in the future!

Anazing staff, room could be better

Wonderful staff, very friendly and attentive. We were traveling with our baby and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. Breakfast was very good, as was the dinner menu at the restaurant. My husband has coeliac disease and had plenty of options to choose from. The location is perfect - quiet with sea views but literally a 4 minute walk from Agia Pelagia beach. The property is beautiful with two swimming pools, one with a bar where they make great cocktails. I had a great massage too. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and we would stay there again, but a few things could be improved.

The bedroom was very small - in order to fit the baby’s travel cot we had to move the bed over to touch the wall. The room sometimes had a strange smell. I thought it was silly that other reviewers complained about the “dated” bathroom but it honestly does need a refresh - an old dingy shower curtain is not really what you want in such a beautiful property. We were told to download an app to do things like order drinks by the pool, but it didn’t work. The day menu could be improved; compared to breakfast and dinner, it was quite disappointing.

Incredibile experience to repeat in the future!

The hotel Irida is a great location for relaxing time It is close to the main city of Heraklion, but also offers a fantastic view the staff is incredibly friendly, you’ll feel soon to be at your ease the swimming pools (2) are both open all day the breakfast has a good variety of fresh food Lunch and dinner are the best! I haven’t found anything better in Heraklion or other towns in the 100km surroundings

Excellent hotel for holidays. Worth choosing also out of high season as they have SPA facilities.

Excellent hotel in perfect location ( nice view but still not far from the beach). Hotel is not too big but there is all what is needed for happy holidays. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly - everywhere in the reception, restaurant and the bar. You feel like a VIP :) Cleaning team is making good job. It's really clean also pools and their surrounding. Tasty breakfasts with wide variety of meals.

Quiet, beautiful location, 5 min walk from the beach.

The breakfast is fantastic, fresh local produce, coffee, juices, fruit, warm food, sweets, for everyone something to choose from. The view from the hotel and the set-up in different height levels offers a lot of privacy and quiet feel.

My pillow was a bit too thick, I prefer soft, thin pillows otherwise it affects my neck.
