Breakfast was tops quality of selection and food
Choices, excellent.
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
The choice of having a quiet area to just rest and
The chair option services are attractive features.
The rooms are spacious but mediocre furnishings
The biggest issue we had was the bathroom in the room, the shower stall is poorly designed, the flimsy curtain is cheap looking , messy and spilled
Water everywhere, why not have a glass doors ?

What a wonderful gem of a hotel! The facilities were excellent, fantastic team of staff and comfortable rooms. Literally couldn’t fault it!
The hotel is about 10/15mins taxi from Chania Old town - taxis are easy (and the hotel has a bus twice in the evening), it just means a bit of planning.

The staff and service, was so easy
While its a great location overall, the street where the hotel is located is narrow and by a public beach; parking is tough and the beach gets busy on the weekend

It’s the perfect getaway for real relaxation

Pools were excellent and great location for the beach. Good service from the staff and everyone was very friendly. Food was lovely and room was amazing with great view in the evening from the balcony.
Not a huge number of options for dinner in the evening but we were content to go into Chania and food in general was excellent. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Beautiful, clean and well designed
Sometimes the service buzzers didn’t work (very minor issue as always staff nearby)

compact with easy access to beach & pools & no problem with getting sun beds
very small shower/toilet room and hand basin in middle of the room

I really liked the entire building. It was clean, beautiful and it was in a great location. Just 15 min from town. They offered amazing food everyday for breakfast and dinner. The service was exceptional! On the 2nd day we walked over to the concierge and we asked for all kinds of activities and they helped book and plan every single one of them, like parasailing, cooking class, snorkeling... would definitely come again.
Nothing! There isn't a single thing I didn't like about this place.

We paid in advance on booking.com for breakfast included and were told on arrival that it would be 25 euros a person. Am contesting this advance charge with hotel, and we ate breakfast elsewhere. Room was so tiny that there was literally no space to walk. Bed was on main floor and loft had hot tub & balcony but why would we climb upstairs to put down our suitcases? We put our carry-on suitcases on the only floor space available next to bed, meaning we had to step over them every time we moved inside room. Shower & toilet room so tiny that you bump into walls when you move (we are 5'4" & 5'9" so there's no excuse for a small closet-size bathroom). Sink is in middle of room, behind bed. Stupid design because you have to wash hands in middle of room.
Nice staff but doesn't make up for disastrous room situation. Also too many staff so we were clearly paying for that instead of a nice place to sleep. Beach is nice.
See above complaints. I did not see this page before I started writing above.

Room was amazing and breakfast was incredible - sooo much choice and all so tasty.
Staff were so so helpful and couldn't do enough for you! Such a nice place to relax.
Beach is a stone's throw away with crystal clear water. Perfect
The only thing I would say is the pools are advertised as heated but it definitely didn't feel like so! We stayed in late April so I guess we can't expect the outdoor pools to be particularly hot but I think it would've been nice for the indoor spa pool to at least be warm.

Food was excellent, bed was very comfy and the views and pool were stunning. For April, it would have been nice if the pool was heated.
Service in the restaurant was terrible (staff not trained or managed correctly) - need to assign staff to specific tables and not have multiple people running around forgetting tables.
TV should have apps preloaded - all channels were in German.

We enjoyed our stay at Domes Noruz Chania. The facilities and design are well thought out and accommodating. The beach is picturesque. The food was a highlight for us, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

You can’t fault the resort. Its chic and sophisticated, warm and friendly. The staff can’t do much more than they already do for you. I loved my wellness room with a large bed and an upstairs that lead to balcony number 2 with a clear view of the sea and a large round jacuzzi which I used on cooler days (October!).
it’s a 5 star resort so expect things to be on the expensive side. I have as glad I only paid for breakfast as this meant I wasn’t tied to the hotel for lunch or dinner. Get out and explore the great restaurants within walking distance or jump on the local 21 bus and for 2 euros take the 15 mins ride to Chania. Most meals were no more than 20 euro PP.

never seems crowded.
beautiful design.
would be great to have a pool person to arrange loungers and shades.

Everything was just right, the facilities and spa were excellent, the room and private pool a really relaxing space, and then staff from the beach to the restaurant friendly and attentive.

Location, service from staff, meal offerings for all meals, cleanliness, outlook,
interesting one this
I thought rooms were very disappointing
I cannot conceive of paying for a 55 M2 room, only to find
. half the space is upstairs, and therefore of limited use
. the washbasin for the bathroom is in the middle of the main bedroom
. bathroom is therefore verging on tiny, as is the feeling of space in the bedroom
additionally, the drinks in minibar were not replenished

The beach was lovely so calm and good for snorkelling, the location was good only 10 min drive to town. Staff were lovely and the room was great.
For the price and the food service we received it wasn’t what we expected. They were small things in themselves but it happened quite often enough for us to feel it wasn’t 5 star service . There were bugs in our room the first night.
The staff however made every effort to try to make up for this. Gave us a new room offered to upgrade, and gave us food vouchers.
The beach does sadly have a lot of plastic in the sea and sand, which was disappointing for me, especially as there are a lot of fish around the beach.

Everything about this property is exceptional! We were impressed by the architecture of the space, the placement on the property and most of all by the facilities. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming and particularly attentive. On our last day, we made made a simple suggestion about placement of towels at the pools and were impressed to see the changes that afternoon.
Nothing!
