Amazing well equipped apartment. Very comfortable room. Right in the heart of all the cafes and restaurants and the beach across the road.

Location was fantastic. Heated pool was a hit with the kids.
No locks on toilet door. No additional tvs in bedrooms 2 & 3.

Outstanding Location on the esplanade in Mooloolaba, in the heart of the shopping and restaurant district. Our room on the fifth floor had wonderful sea views. We have stayed here three times now and I would never look to stay anywhere else.
Nothing.

Very noisy with street noise.

View, staff, clean apartment, location (steps from the beach!!)
Staff only there from maybe 7am to 5pm. Very minor inconvenience. You can answer most questions online about things to do, etc.

Great location - walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes and resturants.
Has a pool which was good for the kids when the beach was windy or rough.
Apartment was great! clean, water views, great facilities and parking
2.5
location and view from room on the 7 th floor ideal , rooms clean and tidy .
The rooms need renovation, probably 20 plus years old so time to modernize .

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with ocean views. It has amazing views just as in the photos. Probably the best location in Mooloolaba, with the beach just across the road and all the shops/restaurants just outside too. Would definitely stay here again.
The apartment floor hadn't been cleaned and there was a lot of sand on the floor as well as the sofa. As the cleaners had left for the day, the receptionist did a very quick clean when we informed her. However we had to sweep the floor again ourselves and dust the sofa as there was still so much sand everywhere.
The cleaning lady came the next morning and did a proper clean and apologised for the inconvenience.
Everything else in the apartment was clean and in good condition though.

Loved this location. It was so close to the action. The beach, surf club and restaurants were right on the door step. The apartment was very soundproof so even though it was in the heart of the action, it was very quiet. Very comfy bed.
The decor was a little old fashioned and could do with a bit of a spruce up. The Mooloolaba Esplanade is going through a revamp after COVID so many shops are currently closed. That was a little disappointing. Looking forward to returning when things get back to normal.
4.5
it was close to everything
Booking.com said there would be 2 Queen bedrooms and one with 2 singles. We ended up with 1 Queen bedroom and two with 2 singles. The staff could not offer us what we had booked.

Great central location across the road from the beach. It was handy been able to walk out to cafes etc undercover as it was raining during our stay. We all enjoyed the heated outdoor pool.
It was noisy on Friday night being above the bar. Having said that the noise did finish at 11pm precisely. We could not get any of the three BBQ's to work.
