Incredible! We had the most exceptional girls weekend at Oceans Mooloolaba!

EVERYTHING! Absolutely phenomenal place to stay! The facilities and rooms were the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! I can’t recommend Oceans Mooloolaba enough. Incredible!

beautiful clean apartment with sensational views in a great location

the apartment was exceptionally clean and had an amazing view. everything was in working order and the bed very comfortable. it was lovely that the rooms were made up daily. parking easy and free of charge. location can’t be beaten. receptionists were so friendly and obliging.

Whilst we had a nice time, there was specific reasons for booking the penthouse. Disappointed.

We have stayed at Oceans 4 times previously and we are very familiar with the property and its surroundings. The building as a whole is lovely and we generally enjoy our stay each time.

We booked a penthouse specifically as we have stayed in the penthouse apartments previously. Unfortunately upon check in we were advised that there had been a mistake and the penthouse was double booked. We were given a 4 bedroom apartment in lieu of the penthouse however remained disappointed as this apartment did not meet our expectations that were had paid for and become accustomed.

Oustanding!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful! It was fully self contained with high quality glassware, dinnerware and cookware. The view was absolutely spectacular and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Julie Anne who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!

Magnificent! I would love to return.

Where do I start ? The view is to die for ! The beds were amazing! Like sleeping on clouds! The cleanliness of the apartment was way above average, and the attention to detail was impeccable! From complimentary chocolate and coffee pods to the detergent, everything was laid out with attention to detail and made our stay so much easier. Everyone at reception went above and beyond. The service was fantastic.

I did feel that this property is expensive in comparison to others, and one of the buttons in the shower was broken.

All in all, it was a wonderful stay but the unit just needed to be cleaned up and refurbished.

The location is the draw card as the beach is only minutes across the accomodation and Coles is 5 minutes walk. You only need to go downstairs and all the shops & restaurants are there to choose from and so close to everything. Sea Life Aquarium is only 5 minutes drive (or you can even walk there if you love to walk).

We booked one of the Penthouses but our unit must have been the smallest out of the Penthouses because the whole unit was small and we felt there wasn't enough room for 6 people. The room was located at the side of the building and the configuration of the whole unit was quite weird. The unit needed to be refurbished and the furnishings and kitchen were old and dated (especially for a Penthouse and the amount we paid). The kitchen was not as clean as we would like it to be and under the beds were dirty. The Wifi was also terrible. It only worked in the lounge area but once in the bedroom, there was no Wifi.

Cheerful and helpful staff, superb view for 3 bedroom ocean view room

Cailin was helpful, proactive and responsive to our enquiries. She is so friendly and cheerful and arranged the high floor room for us. We loved the beautiful view from our balcony. Really enjoyed ourselves during our anniversary and my brother's twin girls birthday.

If each room's air con temperature can be controlled separately, that would be great. As the control was from master bedroom, it became a little warm for us when my brother and family were feeling cold in the 2 small rooms. would be nice to have a welcome drink upon arrival

An amazing weekend away.

The staff were helpful and friendly, location was excellent, exceptional views and the room was comfortable, immaculate and every detail had been thought about. We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and the special effort of the Oceans team was appreciated.
