The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They provided restaurant suggestions and made reservations for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and my husband was really impressed with the gym. Breakfast was amazing- I wish I were hungrier to take more advantage of all the different types of food. We only stayed for one night but would have stayed longer if we could. There is so much to do in Nagoya and we only touched the surface. Hope to return in the future!
Nothing I can think of.

家族で1部屋で過ごせた。名古屋駅、栄駅どちらも近く便利でした。
特に問題はなかったですが、もう少しベッドとテーブルのスペースがあればよかったかなという程度です

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful, and always smiling. Johnny the Hilton Ambassador was also very helpful. Buffet breakfast had many choices and catered for both Asian and Western customers. It was a pleasure to stay with the Hilton Nagoya.

Ondanks de grootte van het bedrijf, lukt het het personeel om gastvrij en bij de gasten betrokken te zijn. Luxe kamers, fijn cafe met live jazz
Alles was orima

The receptionist was unfriendly and reluctant to be helpful when we arrived. The bed was absolutely tiny, even though the room was called “queen room”. The air conditioning didn’t work properly (there was no point flagging as it was the middle of the night and we only stayed for one night). The facilities (swimming pool area) are ancient and didn’t give away a clean impression. The pool is very small and crowded, and it seemed that they let non-guests use it.

朝食がバラエティにとんでて、自動パンケーキやその場で使ってくれるオムレツは最高でした。
お値段が高い。大浴場がない。

It is convenient with main street access and a Starbucks coffee right across the street. Everything in the room is just adequate, nothing more. Breakfast was good though, with many choices at the buffet counters. The hotel was relatively clean. We tried their teppanyaki counter at the Japanese restaurant and that was good. Bathroom amenities fine and towels sufficient. Close to convenience stores and a large pharmacy with lots of products.
They really need to improve their sound-proofing. Unfortunately, there were children running on our floor all 3 nights of our stay and it was annoying and no one seemed to care. Housekeeping staff spoke absolutely no English and were oblivious to any sign language. This hotel is not up to scratch but is one of the few choices of its class in Nagoya. They badly need better hotels in Nagoya. Ironically, shops like Mikimoto are in close proximity and the Hilton simply does not possess the level of luxury to be its neighbor.

After 3 weeks immersed in Japanese food, we appreciated Western food.
It is known that the Japanese can be xenophobic towards anyone who is non-Japanese, and we felt it in this hotel. We were observed via the cameras in the swimming pool and, as soon as we finished bathing, an employee appeared to measure the quality of the water and pour chlorine.

位置很方便,用餐,购物有很多选择,楼下有一个大型的唐吉可德。
房间面积有点小,特别是浴室。

The good experience process started with manager Mr Matsushita when we booked an ordinary room. He offered to upgrade us after we requested a high floor. The upgrade was totally worth it. Concierge Ms Oi then helped us with luggage and information. Both were cheerful, respectful and professional. We also enjoyed the staff in the executive lounge. We like to commend the executive lounge host Ms Wakaomi. When we visited the lounge , we saw Ms Wakaomi hard at work and yet took the time to ensure our comfort. Even Ms Wada from the in place cafe was very nice
We do not have complaints about any staff. However, there should be a communication card on how to use the toilet as the words on the bidet button are too small.

The location was great, with amazing coffee just a few blocks away.
The “traditional Japanese” room we had felt fake, as if raised floating floorboards and room dividers were added to a standard room. This made the ceiling that much lower and the entire room felt cramped.

Well known brand delivers to expectations. Location might be far from the station for some, especially if carrying big luggage. However, there are many good budget friendly eateries and restaurants around the area, plus two Family Marts right beside it. There’s a Sugi tax free store and Don Quijote store a stones throw away, for your bring-back-home finds. One can walk to the main Nagoya Station (it’s a good 15 to 20 minute walk), but the nearest subway station (Fushimi) should also suffice. Breakfast has a good spread, however, like nearly all hotels in Japan, the choices never change daily. Room is larger than the average room in Japan, for the same price range. Staff service is exceptional, quick to respond to our every request (extra sheets, etc), and nearly everyone can speak English fluently. They can also hold your luggage for you if you have 2 legs in your itinerary (we stayed for a few days first, then went to Kyoto, then came back to Hilton for another few days). This was definitely a plus, since we did not need to bring all 3 luggage with us and we did not need to rent a storage locker in the station.
Breakfast options never change, as is the custom in most Japanese hotels.

The receptionists are so helpful and kind, and they are good in English.
A little outdated, it doesn't matter as long as the staff are approachable.

Room was spacious for us family of 4 including a cot (provided by hotel without fee)
Breakfast was good. My family enjoy having breakfast every morning. Staff at breakfast was very friendly especially to our baby/toddler. Ms Tsuta (if i didnt get her name wrongly) speaks good English having worked in Singapore for a long time.
Location was good. Plenty of F&B options. 1 711 and 2 Family Mart nearby.
1 Starbucks (if you really need this) nearby.
For us, the best was the availability of big pharmacy and Don Don Donki nearby which let us shop to our hearts content
Taxi ride from Nagoya station (from JR Shinkansen taxi stand) cost us JPY1,300
Taxi from hotel to taxi stand at Takashimaya side of Nagoya station cost us about JPY800
There's no lift from the subway exit 6 of Fumishi. Hence we took taxi to the hotel instead .
They are building a lift now but still work in progress
