ロケーションも良く、清潔感もあり、コスパも良く、今後も使いたい。

ロケーションが良く、便利に使用できる。風呂とトイレが別になっているのは大変ありがたい。

シャワーのハンドルがバスタブからは操作しづらいので、バスタブ側から操作が出来ると非常に良かった。

満足感あり

清潔感もあり、　ファミリーで泊まったので何よりお風呂、トイレが別なのは　有り難かったです。朝食も　めっちゃ美味しいかったースタッフさんも　笑顔で丁寧でした。機会があれば　　又、泊まりたいです。

親子3人で　泊まりましたが　　ダブルベットが　小さくて　3人では寝るのが　きつかったです。

接客、バストイレ別☺️ 清潔でした

ロケーションがとてもにぎやかで周りにいっぱいキャバクラなどがあって嫌でした。。。もっと部屋のわかりやすい写真が欲しかった、鏡のところが入り口入ってすぐあって、とっても気に入らなかったです。。。

Nice comfy bed, shower was great.

Not a ton of space, but cozy. The pillows were a little hard but they provided an extra soft one for our toddler.

Fine for one night

Good location, just by the metro to get to the station and bus stop to get to museums. Helpful, if inexperienced, staff. Good breakfast.

We had an "Economy Double Room". Avoid this type of room. The photos do not show how really small the room is, and how bizarre the layout is. The only basin is on a table by the bed. Then there is a separate cupboard for the toilet, and another separate cupboard as a wetroom that is not easy to shower in. The bed is small, and forces one of the two guests into a cramped position.

Great location! Walking distance to Nagoya Palace and the Chubu Electric Tower. The park extending north and south around the tower has great shops and restaurants as well as nice areas to relax. The downtown area around the hotel has many izakaya, restaurants, clubs, and small markets to get pretty much whatever you may need while travelling. Finally, the breakfast there is fantastic and inexpensive. The gentleman that custom prepared the eggs and french toast while we were there was incredibly nice and all of the staff were helpful.

long check-in process. too strict with check in times. check in was at 2 pm. we arrived at 1:30. our rooms were clearly ready but we had to wait until 2 air conditioning did not work for a while.

Nothing, but be caution when booking that for tall people (over 6’1) you may find the beds small. But this is typical of Japan.

Nice modern hotel at a good location

Good hotel at a nice location. We had a superior double room, with 2 seperate beds. The room was big for Japanese standards and was well equiped. There was a separate toilet and shower room. The breakfast is pretty extensive but mostly Japanse oriented, not a lot of western options. Public transport, main shops and restaurants are nearby.

We've been to the same hotel in 2019 and we think it was pretty new at that time. Compared to 2019 the rooms and overal hotel were in less good shape. There were some stains on the carpet and curtains, wallpaper came off at some places, the door of the cabinet was crooked. So some small maintenance is needed. The airconditioning couldn't go lower as 20 degrees celcius.

I booked this hotel because of joining marathon. The room is so comfortable.

The breakfast is good and the staff are super nice ! The bedroom is so comfort and quiet. Location is perfectly good and just few stations away from Nagoya Station.

A wonderful place to stay

Smooth check-in, Covid careful, lovely comfortable room, buffet breakfast was generous and varied. Lots of restaurants nearby although mostly Japanese language, sparkling clean, easy access to the subway.

Absolutely no complaints. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. This hotel exceeded expectations, even fort Japan.

good Cospa, room quiet & good bathroom ( strong shower , deep bathtub), toilet separate. Bed comfortable. staff friendly.

very bad shaver ( complete irritated skin !),sink hot water is only a trickle, pillows a tad too hard , Aircon noise, breakfast room buffet cleanliness.
