Best place for the family with no doubt

Just love the appartment. All the facilities were available which you may think as a family. Very spacious, friendly staff, good security system and housekeeping were exceptional as well. Anthony was very good during check in and had smooth check out by mariam. I will definitely stay again if i come back to dubai.

No value for money , don’t go if you have similar choices

The kitchen had poor facilities, no utensils, no fry pans , no cleaning materials, even after asking for , dish washer was not working

It was bad stay , not clean rooms , dust everywhere, old furniture, not comfortable bed , old towels , only tow bottles of water for 3 rooms apartment many bad things not recommended any money to stay

Friendly staff Big room size with large balcony Big TV Screen Walking 10 to 15 minutes to spinneys market, KFC, Pizza Hut and some Indian restaurants Clean swimming pool Good WiFi

No TV in master room (The children use the TV in the living room, what about their parents)

I am not coming again to this place.

The air conditioners didn’t work very well. No one can stay in Dubai in summer without good ACs. We contacted the receptionists and they kept postponing and never solved the problem.

I like the room it is big.

The air condition in the room is not cold it is too hot, can't sleep properly. You cannot adjust the water to cold and hot, the water is so hot, especially this summer season.

They don't have wifi at reception, which is important, but the receptionist helped us to connect by other way which was very good. They have good tourist service desk for booking various tours of Dubai.

Once the bathroom heater failed and repair took longer time was not good, but hotel staff was supportive.

Rooms were big enough to accommodate 7 of us easily. Near to Dubai Frame, Karama markets and few Indian restaurants. All basic facilities available and made available on requests.

I believe they don't have facilities staff 24*7. So your expectations should be limited and focus should only be to get good experience of Dubai

Awful

Spacious apartment

Staff at reception were rude and unhelpful. The beds and mattresses were broken. The AC didn't work properly. There was no electricity in the bathroom. The kitchen was old and tired and was almost empty. No cups. Cooker didn't work. I would never stay here again.
