So unreliable to book there, your confirmed stay might get cancelled few hours before you arrive

The hotel sent a message through booking almost 16 hours before my check in to let me know that the hotel has been closed for the last 3 weeks and they don't know when it will be re-opened. Offering a refund for my refundable booking or a stay in another hotel that I had to opt for, because of the very short notice. Moreover, while booking a complimentary taxi ride was confirmed, they cancelled it without even sending a notification or a message. All of this came out of a sudden few hours before my flight. A terrible experience indeed!

excellent location, worth the price, would definitely book again.

The location was excellent, just right behind MOE. Rooms were clean and the staffs were friendly. You can leave your baggage even after check out. would definitely recommend and book again.

Une belle surprise!!

Tout était chouette!!!! on y passé 4 nuits... Un hotel moderne bien situé par rapport au métro et au Mall, le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, le bureau d'excursions à l'entrée très pratique, bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié, la navette pour la plage appréciable... on a bien dormi notre chambre étant située à un étage très calme! rapport qualité prix exceptionnel!

Het was te doen, enige wat goed is aan de locatie is de loopafstand naar de shoppingmall.

Slechte ontbijt, douchen is een drama: kokend water alleen in de Mall kan je eten. Je rookt voor de deur. Er zijn geen bankjes buiten waar je kan zitten

Convenient location

i was impressed by their receptive front desk staff who immediately addressed a significant issue with the room by immediately reassigning me to a different room within minutes. Convenient location for my needs.

There was an issue with my first assigned room , with a smell of sewer gas in the bathroom, This was confirmed by staff and i was immediately reassigned.

Nettes Hotel direkt an der Mall of emirate

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Hotel ist sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

الافطار لاينطبق الموقع رائع ومثالي

مساحة الغرفة ضيقة للغاية يحب ان يشمل سعر الغرفة وجبة الافطار (bed&breakfast) مثل جميع فنادق الدرجة الثالثة في جميع انحاء العالم

It was a pleasant stay…. Location was good, friendly staff, clean and neat…. Just missed some facilities… but recommende

AC was not that good… it took so long to maintain the set temperature Was unable to control the shower water… either it was too hot or completely cold… was unable to get the proper mix of hot and cold water…. Common bath essentials provided such as one bottle for shampoo conditioning and body wash seem weird

Cleanliness was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂 Room service was also lovely, and all facilities in the hotel were awesome. The location was great.

Rooms were unexpectedly a little small, and there was no airport shuttle, which really is a service that was required.

It is an amazing location with everything around, restaurants, metro, mall. I have stayed already a few times at Citymax and will always come bacl to it, as it is great value for money and the staff is always kind and helpful.

Brilliant hotel.

The staff, especially Farid Kassem, were extremely patient and helpful in the matter of returning a favourite coat of my wife's that was left behind in a taxi to the airport. We never expected to see it again but now hear it's on its way to us care of DHL.

We are 100% positive about City Max and have sung it's praises to anyone we know who visits Dubai.

Clean, good price Staff doing their best but not suitable for families

Great Location near mall of emirates which give you quick access to metro station and many restaurants, Laundry, Car rental shops and groceries at foot steps. Its clean hotel and staff are great and helpful quick check in /out process. extended check out at reasonable price ( 150 AED until6 pm) Luggage keeping after check out. free well maintained car parking spaces .. early check in was given smoothly.

Noisy at night.. Breakfast was not worth it at all.. The area is good location but the road is heavy traffic.. it is not family friendly hotel. rooms are small .. toilets are poor ventilation .room service very slow. no iron board and table.. those were on request.
