Property is very well situeted in front of the beach, but it is a bit far from Corfu town center but every single hour it pass there bus no 6 which take you straight away to town center.Every single day they clean the room!Bed was really comfortable! We highly reccomended this place!
Furniture can be updated because look quiet old
Shower is too small, can’t take a proper shower!

Very nice personal. Clear rooms and roomservice every day. Breakfast varied, delicious, also for kids. Swimmingpools were perfect. The Busline 6 for the hotel, you can directly to Corfu city, Achilleion and Vlacherna Monastery by Agileon station. Beach for the Hotel. Best place for families with kids. From Benitses directly shipcruises to Paxos, Antipaxos.

Pool and adjacent facilities are well positioned and looked after.
Beach is the other side of a busy road.

Location is great, just in front of the see and the bus station. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily, great dinner, nice staff. More veggies and fruits for breakfast would be great!
The table tennis is very old and hotel guests should have a discount for the beach chairs.

The Hotel is right on the beach, wich is very convinient, close to a lot of tavernas, very clean and great staff. The breakfast was rich and good.
The water presure was a little low but you can manage to take a shower with no problems

The room was ok, although bathroom was small, especially the shower in which you can barely turn around. Quite clean, but not the cleanest place. The pool is nice and they have a small beach outside just across the road, but for those sunbeds you are asked to pay 5euros per day and you are being offered a drink. The pool sunbeds are free though. The bus is just outside and it connects to Corfu and other hotels or sights around. The staff is nice and polite, everyone speaks good English.
First of all, on the first two nights there was some partying going and the music was extremely loud! Apparently nothing could be done to turn it a bit down, because it was a group of britts that go to this hotel twice a year, for many years and they are allowed to throw these parties with their own music while they are there and it starts at noon and goes on till after 2 am. So the other tourists must suffer. But they did changed the room for us and this was ok in what regards the noise, but we did lost the sea view, which kind of makes the room's charm. Don't get me wrong, I've done partying before, but this music was extreme! It was like they've had the speakers in your balcony, that's how loud it was. So perhaps before you check-in at the hotel, make sure to ask if there will be any party- if you wish to sleep and rest. Otherwise the music played at the bar downstairs was at a very decent level and pleasant.
Sadly we didn't catch the traditional music or live music evenings.
The breakfast wasn't the greatest, although the food was ok, it was mostly English breakfast and the same everyday. You wouldn't have some vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber or fruits (beside for compot), just eggs, cereals, jam, beans, bacon, some sausages things like these. If you're staying longer, I am not sure how it is eating this everyday.
Most certainly we wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The location is excellent. So many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lovely pool. Entertainment was provided. Plenty of variety for breakfast. Coffee was good.
I'd forgotten how often I get mosquito bites in Greece!
The shower cubicle is small.
I didn't like that you need to queue up to get coffee/tea/juices from a single location so it causes delays. Also the toaster is in the same spot so it causes a build up of people in that area.

I dislike there was not enough plugins for charging phones.

I usually do not leave bad reviews, because if i had a bad experience I prefer to just ignore it and move on.
The only good thing about this place was the location, right in front of the beach and with breaitiful views, although we couldn't enjoy it much because of the bad weather. Price was very reasonable and breakfast was ok with lots of food but some of that and the coffee were bad.
Couldn't sleep at all! Because the hotel was hosting an all weekend event for a large group of people that apparently came there to drink and dance all day and night. And the hotel itself played loud dancing music with dj until 2 am every night including when we had to wake up at 6 to fly out. No warning or info was given at time of booking about this, or else we would have chosen accordingly. Or at the very least the hotel, knowing this was happening, should have given us a room further away and not facing the dance floor! If we book a hotel we pay to sleep. If you own a hotel you need to allow people to sleep after a reasonable hour, at least by avoiding noise in your own facilities. When I complained with the staff at time of departure they didn't even offer to give a partial refund or anything. In addition, the cleaning was done superficially and the glasses were not changed although visibly dirty and left on the sink to be changed. The pillows were small and uncomfortable and only one per person, for someone with neck or back problem like me this meant stiff neck for 2 days, and the sheets were rough and kept getting lose from the mattress. The room was very small but mainly bad designed and furnished as the only plugs available were behind the fridge which we had to unplug or behind the armoire. No nightstand besides 2 of the 3 beds, no space between your knees and the shower when sitting on the toilet, the shower with no soap holder and just a curtain. In the bathroom water running very slowly both in sink and shower. The AC not working despite me asking the reception. Could not open windows at night because of the mosquitos and -in Greece!!- no mosquito screen!!

Great location opposite the sea, close to the resort with good bus service to Corfu Town. Great staff, very clean with a substantial breakfast. Overall good value.
It’s furniture and styling is a bit dated but hey, it’s all very clean with great helpful staff in a good location.

The neighborhood is beautiful. The breakfast and dinner are plentiful, but not the desserts. (fortunately)
The room is large enough.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The beach is close to the hotel.
The hotel is a little bit retro. A renovation is required.

The view from our third-floor sea view room was nice and the triple room was spacious enough for three people. The reception area was good whilst waiting for our late flight departure and shower and changing facilities available.
The pool area during our stay was chaos with screaming children and their parents jumping in the pool all day long. The breakfast area wasn't very clean and was so crowded like a school canteen. The evening bar was also uninviting. Some non sea view rooms had a terrible view overlooking back street. The bathroom in our room was really small with a broken shower and toilet that didn't flush - needed updating completely.

Very nice hotel, probably the most beautifull one from Benitses region. The staff was very friendly, we receive the room that we’ve paid for. The room was clean, large, had fridge, seif, TV, balcony with sea view, pool view and mountain view. Very good room for the price that we’ve paid. The breakfast was very good and delicious(they do very good donuts). The pool was clean. I’ll recommend you if you are in the area to choose Potamaki.
In bathroom was smell from the kitchen. We knew what was for breakfast or for dinner. The smell is not constant, so by opening the window, you can fix that.

Lovely place, people, food, etc. This hotel should have 4 stars. Not only 3. The services and staff are excellent. We love this place and we will come again.
The pressure in the shower could be a little bit bigger.

We stayed at Potamaki beach hotel between May20-27, we felt great, great location, right on the beach, clean rooms, daily changed towels, shampoo, soap. Good food, breakfast and dinner with vegetarian dishes. The sunbeds are valid at the price of € 4.00 including a drink that is brought to you on the beach. The bus station (bus no. 6) is right in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. At the restaurant we were served by Socrates, Olga and the other lady, (Yanis mom) I don't know her name, they were very nice and very attentive to everything we needed. The people at the reception (Natalia) were also very nice, with a big smile. In a word, we will return to this wonderful place!

Loved the hotel - amazing location and staff was super nice and helpful
The wifi didn’t reach my room on the 4th floor and they had music and parties a few of the nights I was there but it was super loud and my room was near the sound so it kept me up

The hotel is close to the beach. The room was very nicely decorated. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The hotel staff was nice. There are various restaurants and shops around the hotel. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport by bus. The bus from the airport ends in the city center, where it is necessary to change to bus number 6, which stops right next to the hotel. The ride takes about 45 from the center. It is good to buy tickets at a vending machine or in a newsagent's shop. The ticket is cheaper than if you buy it from the driver.
Cold water in the pool, It was colder than in the sea
