Cómodo y excelente ubicado

La ubicación es excelente, es muy cómodo la habitación muy limpia.

El ruido de la calle ya que me asignaron una habitación en un piso bajo, y no había secador de pelo ni gorritos de baño, para una mujer es fundamental ese tipo de amenities.

Buena ubicación e instalaciones.

Las instalaciones están muy bien y el personal muy atento.

El desayuno, para mi, era escaso. La habitación no tenía calefacción y para mi hacía frío. Un tema que creo que no corresponde al hotel pero reservé la habitación y el taxi del aeropuerto al hotel estaba incluido y fue una de las razones por las cuales elegí el hotel, ya que hay muchos hoteles similares por la zona. El caso es que a la hora de contratarlo, la oferta ya no existía. La gestión y respuesta de booking ha sido pésima.

Hotel cómodo, seguro y bien ubicado para visitar Bogotá

Solo estuve una noche, pero lo cierto es que el hotel me pareció bastante bueno, sobre todo su relación calidad-precio. El personal fue muy atento y servicial y las habitaciones bastante amplias y cómodas. No pude disfrutar al máximo del desayuno tipo buffet, pero lo ví bastante completo y con multitud de opciones para elegir. Creo que el NH Bogotá Pavillón Royal es una muy buena opción para visitar la ciudad. Destaco su seguridad, pues tenían personal de seguridad en la puerta del hotel.

Solo tengo dos quejas del hotel. La primera es que el agua de la ducha se salía por debajo, haciendo que se inundara un poco el cuarto de baño. La segunda son los precios abusivos del minibar de la habitación. No hicimos uso de ningún producto, pero la carta de precios nos dejó boquiabiertos a mi mujer y a mí. Eran precios por encima de los precios medios europeos...

La zona donde esta es bastante segura y que el hotel es moderno

Nada más llegar me dicen que solo he reservado una suit Junior para una persona cuando eso no era así y me hacen pagar 30 euros y después me hacen firmar un papel que dice que no se hace responsables si desaparece algo de la habitación. El desayuno es un desastre, pedí que me tostaran unas tostadas y aparte de que tardaron mucho me la trajeron quemadas, no había vasos, los camareros parecían están desbordados. Hay que tener en cuenta que el hotel está muy lejos del centro, está a 35 min en Uber.

Good location, unreliable internet, bad breakfast, good service

The staff was generally very supportive, specially a girl in the lobby whose is Catalina

The internet didn’t work in the room and wasn’t fully reliable on public places. In particularly, I had some issues with billing, the amount of light that entered into the bedroom at night through the little window by the bathroom, and the breakfasts- fruit was old and overall products weren’t fresh.

La ubicación que es buena, eso si.

En realidad costo-beneficio no está mal, pero siento que el hotel debe mejorar un poco más la limpieza y los detalles (algunas toallas estaban gastadas, al igual que las sábanas). Había una gotera en el cuarto. Y esos son detalles que un hotel no puede permitirse. El personal no siempre estuvo presto a atender nuestras solicitudes, lo cual tampoco debe ser. En general, no está mal, pero tal vez tenía otra expectativa, y hay cosas que pueden mejorar.

one night was not was a disappointment but the second was very good

when I changed rooms it was much better. The rooms were clean and the staff was good

Booking had upgraded to a junior suit . it was the worst layout of a room that I have ever stayed it . it didn’t have a refrigerator ( even thought there was a cabinet for a fridge , you had to have a hair dryer and iron delivered to the rooms . it was near the street so it was noisy at 6:50 am . I changed rooms the next day and it was a nicer suit and quiet .

Worst service and NOISY

location

We chose this hotel because we wanted more comfort in our last day on vacations, before taking a 12 hour plane back home. This hotel turned up to be a huge disappointment! We woke up very early in the morning by some VERY NOISY construction works. We couldn’t get back to sleep afterwards. It was a very bad choice from the reception to give us that room as the hotel looked empty on a Sunday night too. When we did check out we told them and they only said “I’m so sorry to hear that”. Very bad service, I will never stay here again.

Good value and excellent location, but a few issues

Very good location. Wide and comfortable room.

Amenity kits such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are those which needs fulfilling. However, they were almost empty and weren’t fulfilled during my stay, despite the fact I asked twice. Breakfast was really good, but for reasons unknown on the last day there were few options, no coffee and portions available were much smaller than other days. Last but not least, I left lots of coins on the table and they went missing after cleaning. I can’t state what happened but it made me very uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, especially if you're a foodie. The rooms are extremely clean and feel very comfortable. Staff is amazing and always willing to help in whatever is needed. Would definitely recommend!

wouldn’t recommend

The restaurant offered a nice breakfast, the drinks were good and the food was good as well.

First of all, my reservation was for a two bed room, when I got there, we only had one bed. There was constant construction that disturbed us. The bed was hard as helllll.The room layout was very weird and not functional. The lights were impossible to turn on and off cause there were switch everywhere and you had to guess which one worked. The safe wasn’t working. We also placed the do not disturb sign but the cleaning service would go inside the room anyway. Other thing, we got stolen $60 US DOLLARS out of our room. We called the front desk and their response was: we contacted our cleaning ladies and they said nothing was taken out of our room… um of course they will say that? Then we talked to the head of security and they kept blaming us because the safe was never reported as damaged. The fact that we never did that, doesn’t gives them permission to steal from us!!!! They stole our money and nothing was done to resolve it. No compensation or nothing. Terrible service would not recommend at all. Not even to my worst enemy.

Cute, but will not stay here again

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the bed was very comfortable.

Even when you had the sign of do not disturb, staff would still bother you. Sometimes we would miss the cleaning service (which we were fine with), leave our rooms and when we would get back, our rooms were cleaned even though we didn’t ask for it. We originally didn’t mind this until we realized that we had stuff missing from our room (a brush and some makeup) and one day a guy from the laundry service walked in on us. We thought it was to pick our towels, etc. but he wanted to know if we had clothes we wanted to clean and walked in because he didn’t know people were in. If you are coming for the laundry of our clothes and no one asked for the service, why are you walking into the room?? Also a friend staying in another room had $60 USD missing. Very concerning that they just walk into your room when you don’t ask for it.
