Fijne plek in Hue

Hotel ligt op een super goede locatie, en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer inclusief extra bedden haha (konden we mooi onze bagage op stallen). Ook een fijn balkon!

Heel lawaaierig ‘s avonds, geluid is afkomstig van een nabijgelegen uitgaansgelegenheid. Ze waarschuwden ons hier wel netjes voor bij het inchecken en er lagen ook vier paar oordoppen klaar, waarmee het opzich te doen was om in slaap te komen.

Bardzo udany pobyt w Hue

Wszystko było świetne, nie mam na co narzekać. Wygodnie, czysto, duży pokój, bardzo profesjonalna, zabawna i miła obsługa - bardzo wysoki poziom! Lokalizacja - przy uliczkach z życiem nocnym, które jednak nie wpływa na komfort pobytu i snu w hotelu Rosaleen.

Nice hotel

V convenient, right at the walking street. Easy to move around. Staffs n room wonderful . Can c the hotel make effort to cut down the noise. Will stay again if happens to b around. Transport to everywhere can b arrange w hotel, v easy. Also money changer at the hotel but not sure if rate was good.

Noise is nothing they could do about since is right at the middle of everything. I m good w it. There is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. Give 2 point less coz other guest may not get used to the noise. Honestly is not too bad

Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio!

Buona la posizione dell’hotel vicino a locali e ristoranti e le dimensioni della camera. Staff disponibile, siamo arrivati prima mattinata e ci hanno assegnato la stanza prima dell’orario del check-in perché già disponibile.

Peggior hotel in cui siamo stati nel nostro viaggio in Vietnam, la categoria è 4 stelle ma di 4 stelle non ha nulla. Pulizia scadente sia delle aree comuni (moquette del corridoio mai aspirata) sia della camera, l’hotel e la stanza sono un mix tra parti rinnovate e parti più vecchiotte. Manutenzione scadente. La nostra camera era al 7 piano e di fronte alla discoteca Quan 1 che ha tenuto la musica a palla fino alle 4 del mattino…impossibile dormire! abbiamo capito che qualcosa non andava quando entrati in stanza abbiamo trovato sul comodino i tappi per le orecchie. Inoltre, all’arrivo entrati in stanza ho spostato il copriletto e le lenzuola erano stropicciate come se ci avesse dormito qualcuno ed avevano una bella macchia nera…

Tout était parfait Chez Rosaleen Boutique Hotel. Le petit-déjener c'était pour nous un de meilleur que nous avons eu au Vietnam. La piscine est bien situé propre et très agreable. La chambre était grande, confortable et propre. Rien à redire

Le personnel était aimable, très attentif et de bon conseil !

Terrible experience, I don't recommend. Location is crazy.

Breakfast - really good.

Terrible location, very noisy, plenty of crazy people. They forced me to wait long time during check-in, in check-out they asked me to pay again but I have paid during the check-in and didn't ask for receipt. After they checked - they apologised... very unprofessional! A/C remote controller doesn't work. Pillows very uncomfortable to sleep. Swimming pool full of crazy westerns doing lgbt stuff.

Good Location, nice modern rooms - a little noisy at night

Location was very prime, and the room was very clean and tidy. AC worked very well during the 40c heat wave. Staff are very friendly and attentive, included breakfast was also delicious

Location is right in front of a club, which can be a little hard to fall asleep to but you can expect this. Ear plugs are provided so they did think of this ahead of time.

Très proche du centre ville. Beaucoup de restaurants et d’échoppes à côté de l’hôtel. La piscine était ok pour un Hôtel de Ville.

Le bruit était gênant. Les murs ne sont pas assez insonorisés. Pour un couple qui sort, c’est ok. Pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge, c’est moins approprié.

Great choice

Definitely not good for more than a few hours.

We used this hotel for an afternoon just to shower and use the pool for a few hours while we waited for an overnight train. The pool was good, and it was cheap.

There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The shower is over the bath and the floor of the bath is not supported. It sort of felt like you could fall through the floor if you were heavy enough. The shower also leaked onto the bathroom floor, into the tiles and then disappeared. The carpets on level 2 were very worn and it looked like they have had a leak at some stage. The floor is sagging and the carpets are damp. We did not stay the night but across the road from the hotel is the walking street which got very loud by the time we left. The flashing colorful lights from a large building across the street were coming directly into the room. Earplugs had been supplied on the bedside table so I guess that's an indicator of the noise and reflected in the price of the hotel.

Przyzwoita jakość za rozsądną cenę (poza śniadaniem)

Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Na plus świeże owoce. Budynek w miarę nowoczesny. Basen czysty. Usługa prania odzieży bez zarzutu.

Bardzo mierne śniadania, zupy niesmaczne, sajgonki stare, krewetki w cieście gumowate. Hotel położony dość blisko głównej ulicy, stąd wieczorem było głośno. Barierka na balkonie nie dostosowana do wyższych osób, można bardzo łatwo przez nią wypaść. Niektóre szafki zakurzone, nie przetarte. Standard w Wietnamie - drzwi mają szpary i wszystko słychać z korytarza.

Perfect choice for a short stay in Hue.

Location was perfect for visiting Hue historical sites. Plenty of choice of restaurants around and about. Breakfast was served in the cafe next door. Very polite, helpful staff at all times.

Unfortunately we had a problem with our air conditioning but we overcame that.

Rooms with balconies are very noisy at night.

We had to move rooms because of noise from a new night club nearby. The new room was much quieter but we were disappointed we couldn't enjoy the room we had booked.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Tolle und reichhaltige Auswahl, Gute Lage in Stadtzentrum, Zimmer mit Balkon, Pool, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption

Die Bar gegenüber hat jeden Abend sehr laute Musik gespielt, Trotz geschlossenen Fenstern und Ohropax war kaum zu Schlafen, die Bässe dröhnten durch und durch, erst lange nach Mitternacht wurde die Lautstärke verringert, Deswegen können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Loved Hue and loved the Rosaleen!

It was clean, in a great location and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast’s offered a variety of food with omelets made to order. Our friend lost a parcel at the next stop and the Rosaleen found it and got it delivered to her safe and sound.

Good location- not for people who are apparently not overtly wealthy, beautiful or fully mobile…

A good location

We were a last minute check in- our room was in the area closest to the outside bar- which we could see a few meters from our room- which was understandable given our last minute check in- however- it was up two flights of stairs and the breakfast area was as well. This hotel is ok but for people like me with mobility problems- totally not helpful… but we didn’t know about the lack of lifts at the time.

Geweldig personeel, heel behulpzaam. Prima locatie, dicht bij restaurants. Fijne ruime kamer. Heerlijke douche.

Het was een beetje luidruchtig omdat het bij het dicht bij het uitgaansleven was. Wij houden ervan vroeg te gaan slapen. De airco overstemd het geluid grotendeels maar een paar oordoppen zijn wel handig. Hoewel het wel om een uurtje of elf rustig wordt. Dus geen last ‘s nachts

A night of relaxation at a very classy hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I’ve had for a long time. I’d highly recommend this place and am coming back for a second visit.

Rund um ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Zimmerausstattung war gut, Bett mit Topper war fantastisch zum Schlafen, Die Lage des Hotels in Mitten der Einkaufsstraßen waren gut. Sehr gute Restaurants und Infrastruktur und gute Restaurantempfehlung vom Hotel. Pool war schön, nur das Wetter war zu kalt im Dezember und der Pool war frisch. Frühstück hatte große Auswahl, überwiegend vietnamesisch. Frühstückseier wurden frisch zubereitet. Speisen waren schmackhaft und heiß. Personal an Rezeption ist freundlich. Es gibt ein eigenständiges Cafe am Hotel, wo man auch sehr gut Essen kann, wenn man Keine ÜF gebucht hat,

Treppenhaus wurde gerade renoviert. Etwas hellhörig, Musik/TV/Stimmen aus Nachbarzimmer gehört.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. A lot of good restaurants with delicious and affordable food nearby. The staff is so friendly, especially the doorman who helped me check in and carried luggages smiles all the time.

A lot of pubs are nearby with loud music and shinning lights in night.

Nos recibieron con una bebida y unos pastelitos. Nos subieron las maletas a la habitación. Habitación muy amplia y baño estupendo, bastante limpio. El personal muy amable, trato impecable, parece que tiene más de 4 estrellas. El desayuno muy completo: fruta, crepes, pan, huevos revueltos, yogur...

El picnic del desayuno, era muy pobre y nada que ver con el desayuno de allí.
