We stayed in the studio for 2 days and loved our stay. Room very clean, people working at the hotel friendly and perfect location. We will be back.

The shutters were electric, the toilet lid closed itself, the pressure of the shower was fantastic & the wardrobes were wide and close themselves.
The bunk beds weren’t wide enough.

The rooms are dated and a bit cramped for family of 4

I think that the hotel could use a wheelchair accessible entry as soon as possible......if someone breaks their leg skiing the whole hotel should be accessible.
Thanks

The room we were given hadn’t been cleaned when we got to it. Went back to reception and they changed our room straight away. The staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was really good.

Helpful staff, good breakfast
Long check-in process. Don't like paying for towels separately

Perfect location for hiking! The staff were very friendly and nice, the room was very comfortable ( studio apartment) and the view from the balcony was incredible! Easy walk to restaurants and shops :)
The doors are a little funny to lock and the place although very clean could maybe do with a little upgrading - not really a complaint just a suggestion

Large room, well equipted kitchen and bath, friendly host, good breakfast, very good location (near thermal baths), fantastic view from balcony.
A little bit cold room
4.0 / 5.0
Very friendly staff, central location, everything we needed in terms of equipment in the room, good for families (small private playground)
The hotel needs some refreshing (ugly looking!!) and quite expensive for the size of the studio, wifi really bad (almost not working)

The view was out of this world, absolutely beautiful, a good sized balcony, everything was clean, the check in was easy and the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were really nice.
It would be good if the shower was on a holder so you could stand up and not have to hold it. The bath was too small for a adult, the bed was comfy but felt weirdly raised in the center. Finally the worst thing was I wasn't feeling well and went downstairs for some water at 10.30pm. The woman who was working said she didn't have any, there was nothing in my fridge room and I asked if I could buy some, but she said she didn't have any to sell. I ended up convincing her to let me buy a coca cola from the bar, it was all I could get to drink. I think the hotel should have a vending machine or water available to purchase in reception at least.

Good location and super town
Building is very tired. Wall between rooms was paper thin and conversation could be heard. Unfortunately my neighbours were talking all night and therefore I had poor sleep. Did consider changing rooms, but didn’t really want to do that at 0300.
