Gostamos de tudo, fomos bem recepcionados, o quarto muito bom, espaço para as malas, espaço para dormir sem estar apertado, bons travesseiros, boa a ducha do banho, sempre que pedíamos algo eles levavam com rapidez até para passar roupa eles ofereceram o ferro / plancha deles com uma mesa de passar. Achei bom porque eles poderiam cobrar o serviço para isso, mas não cobraram. Não ouvi barulhos externos, só um pouco dos quartos vizinhos, mas não tem problema, foi muito pouco, ar condicionado estava funcionando bem também.

Gostamos bastante da experiência de hospedagem neste hotel. Localização excelente, em um bairro muito tranquilo, com boas opções de restaurantes, shoppings, câmbio, bem próximo. Destaque também que, apesar de ficar longe do Centro de Santiago, tem uma estação de metrô no quarteirão que facilita bastante a logística na cidade. Usamos bastante o metrô, que é extremamente eficiente, barato e seguro.

O único ponto que quero destacar é que em caso de precisar sair antes do horário do café da manhã, o hotel fornece um kit lanche, mas tem que ser solicitado até as 19h30 do dia anterior. Como não foi me avisado no com antecedência um dia fiquei o kit. Mas nada que desabone a experiencia da hospedagem.

Desayuno variado y de calidad, instalaciones en excelente estado, a 3 cuadras de los mejores centros comerciales de Santiago. Super seguro y lindo para caminar y disfrutar. El personal, TODO, super amable y siempre ayudando en todo. Ubicación y alrededores super seguros y con buena accesibilidad a todo (shoppings, metro, uber, comercios, etc)

La TV de la habitacion deberia ser Smart, no anda bien el cable y se cortaba continuamente. Un detalle del desayuno (que era excelente) con esos cuchillos no podiamos cortar ni los tomates cherry. Pongan un cuchillo con cerrucho que corte, je. Critica pero constructiva Lo ultimo, la pileta y yacuzzi excelentes pero la temperatura ambiente de la pileta era muy frio, costaba entrar. Pero todos pequeños detalles de un gran hotel.

La atención en el restaurante es extremadamente lenta, la comida no muy bien elaborada, hecha con prisas por los retrasos. El hotel es muy agradable, se sitúa en una zona de oficinas muy moderna y a través del metro se accede fácilmente a los puntos turísticos. El desayúno nos gusto mucho, muy completo. Excelente atención.

A la piscina le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, sería ideal si fuese climatizada.

Volvería a Hospedarme.

Me encanto la variedad que ofrecierón en el desayuno. La ubicación excelente.

Lo que no me gusto es que no dieran agua en las habitaciones, solo una vez , me quede por varios días , e igualmente fui a comprar en los dispensadores que tienen y no habia agua natural. Deberian obsequiar el agua por cuenta del hotel más si el alojamiento es por varios días.

The breakfast, the comfort of bed, cleanliness, pool, and location.

I think when you have a swimming pool, there should be slippers and bathrobes provided. Additionally, there is nowhere to change at the pool and you have to therefore walk there in your clothes or a towel. Shower temperature fluctuates a lot.

A nice hotel with great facilities. Clean, nice restaurant and a gym. The neighborhood is very safe and the view is also excellent. I read in various reviews that breakfast was poor - not at all I assure you!

Modern hotel with comfortable room

Modern building with nice hotel rooms, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Relatively good located around metro but not in walking distance of major touristic sites.

If the intention is to visit touristic attractions in Santiago, there are better located hotels. But the hotel is near the metro station if this is a option for transportation.

The hotel decoration is very beautiful and the swinging pool is really nice

The room is extremely noise. The last day our door broken and nobody fixed it. The worse part is that I was charged twice in my credit card. I wrote to the hotel and they never replied. I contacted Booking and still waiting for my refound. It is really stressful. Almost one month waiting for my refound. Don't trust this hotel, the hotel don't worthy the stress and even the price I paid for.

Overall: An excellent option for business travellers.

Clean room, elevator and open spaces. Friendly reception staff. Lots of desk or table room everywhere to work during daytime. Nice evening restaurant with good food and friendly service.

I had a room facing the back streets. The view was not great. My colleague had his laptop stolen at a hamburger restaurant less than 100 m away from the hotel.
