Muy silencioso por lo que se puede descansar bien

El desayuno empieza a servirse recién a las 7:00 am lo que complica cuando tienes vuelos temprano

El desayuno fue excelente, muy completo y variado. En cuanto a la ubicación es muy buena, la zona es muy tranquila, muy segura y sumamente agradable. Se ubica a unos 15 minutos del costanera center, que tiene muchas actividades para hacer. También, está cerca de los teleféricos, que te llevan a la cumbre del cerro San Cristóbal y el parque metropolitano.

Great location, good value, exceptional dinning.

The restaurant didn't disappoint. Everything we had - from Pisco Saur to morning breakfast - was great. We were met by "our" waiter, Julien, who was as great as every time.

We understand we are in Chile, where speed isn't a factor (living there for a couple of years). But if you see dishes from room service on the floor for almost all day, or you are greeted by a lobby boy, taking away your luggage on a trolley and promising to deliver them to the room, you don't expect it will take more than 10 minutes - we had to go down to find out the luggage was still there, sitting peacefully where the boy left it.

La habitación muy confortable y con vistas a la ciudad. El restaurante muy bien atendido y con un buen chef. También solicitamos cena a la habitación y estuvo perfecta.

había un poco de mal olor en el desagüe del baño, es recomendable que se limpie cada cierto tiempo.

Pool wasn’t heated so not usable in winter. No bathtub either in room.

Great place for business trip!

The room, location, the lobby and area around the lobby for meetings. The restaurant and the bar were nice as well.

A bit expensive considering we were 3 people in the same room.

This hotel is luxury one. And the best is the gastronomy - dinner& breakfast. Really recommend to try!

Santiago Hyatt Centric is in a perfect location

The staff was helpful and kind. The location was in a nice, safe area that had wonderful restaurants and stores nearby. The breakfasts were expansive and tasted great!

No stools or benches in the showers, so you couldn't shave your legs. The rooftop pool was dirty and cold and the hot tub was colder than the pool!

Everything. Really friendly and helpful staff. Ahead of time they organised safe transport and helped with additional requests. The room was well laid out, comfortable and very clean. Food was excellent as was the wine at reasonable price. Great location.

great restaurant (breakfast and dinner) and excellent location (best neighborhood in Santiago). parking is convenient (located very close to the hotel, although not totally integrated)
