Simply perfection!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience deserves an exception. Here’s an honest account from a family of nine. We booked five rooms for a three-night stay at this hotel. Since we arrived around midnight, we didn't fully appreciate its beauty until the following day. Umar was in constant communication with us, making sure we had everything we needed upon our arrival. The next day, everyone in our group was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. It was spotlessly clean and the decor of the rooms was perfectly intricate and tastefully arranged, with each detail thoughtfully chosen to create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. From the elegant furnishings to the carefully selected artwork, every element contributed to a sense of sophistication and comfort. Rich colors and textures complemented one another, while subtle accents added a touch of uniqueness, making each space feel both luxurious and personal. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was a real treat—delicious and satisfying—with attentive waitstaff ready to meet any request. On our final evening, we dined at the hotel, and it was undoubtedly the best meal we had in Jaipur. Our only regret was not dining there every night! This hotel truly is a hidden gem in Jaipur. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone and we will definitely return.

Mixed bag - middle of the road hotel made better by a few employees, swimming pool and good simple food!

The property was kept incredibly clean and tidy. Our stay was particularly made better by a few of the employees - Mandan, Mohammad and Jabbah - thank you! They were super helpful and made our stay at Suryaa enjoyable with their effort and kindness.

We had issues with an apparent additional tax that was not included in booking.com (we did not pay for this and it was not required by booking.com) we had to deal with the daytime manager Umar on this matter. We found him to generally be rude, so much so my partner would discuss matters with him because he made us feel so uncomfortable. It’s lucky that there are a number of other great employees as our experience and scoring would have been significantly lower based on dealings only with the daytime manager. Further there were a number of messages regarding train station pick up that were confusing, misleading and unfortunately created a stressful end to a long journey.

This hotel has a great calm, family, inclusive, atmosphere, in a hectic city. I loved it.

1. The hotel’s location. It was a calm oasis in a city where there is a constant roar of traffic and beeping of horns. This hotel was slightly set back from this, offering peace, safety crossing roads and a generally more safe feeling environment. There are a couple of other hotels and restaurants surrounding it, offering great food and a relaxing drink. 2. The staff were helpful, courteous and professional at all times. The hotel has a very ‘family run’ feel to it, which made you feel part of it and included. They also offered cookery demonstrations, Bhangra dancing and even yoga on some days. 3. It was all very clean, with a hot shower. The roof garden was lovely, we watched the kite flying contests from all the different rooftops. The kitchen staff offered food and drinks up there, which was all a great ending to our stay in Jaipur.

I was more than satisfied. Sometimes there was music from a neighbouring hotel, but I quite enjoyed this - it was better than traffic noise in other hotels we stayed at.

Very nice building, great clean room with outside seating area before the room. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We had front side room but neighbour restaurant had very loud music which was unpleasant when sleeping. Also WiFi was not always working good.

the staff was really unfriendly, And stubborn, Eating your own food near pool is not allowed which i have heard the first time in any hotel. Costumes are compulsary for swimming, we specially purchased costumes for swimming early morning and when we came back saw others in the pool are without costumes. if you made a rule it should be for everyone. Had really bad experience will definately not recommend to stay there.

The location is good as places most tourists visit are very near. The hotel food was fantastic and the restaurant’s staff are very friendly. Though they are not fluent in English they can speak very clearly. Their dilligence in serving the guest was amazing. The hotel room, swimming pool, surrounding areas, etc are all clean, and the plants are properly maintained. Room service is also nice and simple.

nice overall experience with help offered when requested, accommodated the odd request with ease

the location was good with a couple of nice restaurants close by also easy access to transport to get elsewhere. it was also quiet and well maintained.

the staff in the restaurant who sat behind the desk were pretty miserable and unhelpful. most of the waiting staff were good and cheerful

no value for money. very expensive, they don’t even give complementary water bottles, and instead sell the 20Rs bottle for 45Rs along with service charge and gst. we also had no hot water to shower and tried ringing the reception and nobody answered, so we had to go and wait at the reception for another 15 mins and no luck. we finally called someone from the restaurant and one of their staff came to our room to check, despite complaining nothing was done and the staff who came to check the problem was extremely rude and also used our towels to wipe his hand and didn’t bother replacing it. we informed the receptionist during check out and were told ‘this won’t happen next time’ but rest assured there won’t be a next time there for us

Room was clean, as was the bathroom, which was bright and airy. We had a nice seating area outside which we relaxed and play cards in. They also provide coolers of drinking water which is such a great extra, as saves on all the plastic bottles we had to buy elsewhere

Maybe more hangers in the wardrobe? But hardly a complaint!

Comfortable, quiet and clean. close to the main sites by Indian helicopter

God location, less than minutes by tuktuk to Hawa Mahal etc. and markets. Good atmosphere and kind of cosy. Rooms fully equipped and ware gets boiling hot once you let it run for a few minutes. very clean, comfortable and good breakfast albeit a little limited but fine. Quiet at night with a comfortable bed. Also if you need to book a reliable trustworthy tuktuk for the day ask for Yogi or his brother. Yogi parks just a few metres from the entrance every morning.

Need refund since we moved to other hotel as soon as possible next morning

We did not eat there. Cleanliness is most important to us in hotel This place needs to up its game Especially after pandemic we had, need to improve a lot Third bed was very bad Bed linen was not clean May be very old No heaters when temps were low Bathroom amenities were minimal. Water got shut off in the middle Place is not for disabled people since no elevators

Great place

The place was really nice. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. They even allowed us very early check in without charging extra. Train pickup was also included. Really enjoyed our stay. The whole property is very tastefully done. Will definitely stay again.
