The room was nice, spacious, and very clean. It was very convenient, even having a washing machine and dryer in the room for us to wash clothes daily. All the staff in Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence is very helpful and kindness. The first night we arrival in midnight and request for twin bedroom, dont even available so i get upgrade to two bedroom suites even. All the question we ask the staff also very helpful to assist us in good manner.

The appartment was very spacious and well situated. Right in front of the Sichuan Theatre, in a shopping mall just a few minutes walk from the metro (5 minutes) and closed to Tianfu Square and People's Parc (10-15 minutes). It was clean and the personal was helpful: they borrowed us an umbrella as it rained. We appreciated to have two bathrooms in the appartment. The living room was comfy and luminous. Kitchen well-equiped so we could prepare coffee/tea with the offered fruits and snacks. We had no time to use them but there is a gym (24/7!) and a pool (6-23h) as well as a kid playroom (not for our teens)

The appartment could be renovated: wallpaper, old-fashioned furniture (but comfy!!!). There were only chopsticks in the kitchen. Since we didn't need forks, knives or spoons, we didn't ask for. For sure they would have brought some if so. Unfortunately, no bar at the hotel. The drinks are served in the breakfast room where the lights are not dimmed.

Great location and clean room. Lovely welcome snacks. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are robot pandas to deliver takeaway food to our room, very efficient!!

Close to city centre. New rooms

Room generally was clean, however, there was a once, my tea cup beside my bed was not washed. Room keeping only refilled the water n make the bed and toilet cleaning.

I booked three rooms, one for couple, the other two room for 4 ladies which the two room is good, but the last room for three men was a bit small, but I was not above to change to the two room like the ladies, as the difference in price is only $20/ night,

The hotel is located in a shopping mall. The room is clean and well equipped. The swimming pool and gym is really nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is also a small indoor playground for kids.

The buffet is not recommended. It’s kind of lack of variety.

Perfect Accommodation. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is delicious with western and Chinese options. Location is nice with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Convenient to reach all tourist sites. Especially considering the price this is definitely a perfect hotel for Chengdu.

Words can’t really describe the nice feeling and atmosphere the hotel gives you - it’s like being home away from home, and your home is an amazing & luxury apartment with amazing view over Chengdu city - housecleaning, amazing breakfast which leaves you dreamy about it - all the amenities you could ask for ( and more) and on top of that you have amazing saunas, swimming pools, playground for adults and kids - gym/ table-tennis / pool with everything you could wish for including a stunning/amazing view. Did i mention we had balcony on a skyscraper? I wish I had that at home. Not to forget that almost all the staff speak English and are super duper friendly and helpful (helped me in too many ways) - or they find you one that can. Though I was finished? This hotel is really of the highest standard - and it has an amazing shopping center with more foods/drinks stores, starbucks, hairdressers and basically anything you could want and need. On top of that again - the hotel is located in centre of Chengdu! - a stroll outside and you are in the city centre booming with amazing food stores, smells, more shopping-centers and cafés. the ventilation system. this is an apartment residence and past tenant cooked in the apartment but you can still sense the oily smell.

Front desk staff was outstanding. They kindly arranged a surprise birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. The room exceeded our expectations by far, the size, display, view, quality. Everything you might need is there. Good swimming pool. Memorable experience in Chengdu.

Good location. Very spacious family rooms with good layout and amenities. Can access google services through hotel WiFi. Breakfast was delicious as well. Staff is very professional and provided a good services.

The staff was very helpful. They even offered free breakfasts for our stay and agreed to a late check-out. breakfast was equally a good spread from international to local dishes. The pool was nice and warm for the winter. overall property was very clean and tidy! We had an amazing stay!!!
