It's a good hotel and a great option for choosing accommodation in Chengdu.

The menu options are limited, and although the location is good, the small number of seats makes it hard to find a place to sit.

In the shower, the water drains slowly, causing a lot of standing water. The lighting in the hallway is too dim.

Great for short stay in Chengdu

Reasonable price and comfortable. good sized room. Breakfast mixture of Chinese and western - smorgasbord.

Good stay - but unmemorable!

High class international standard hotel. All you’d expect from such a hotel. But it could have been London, Chicago or Hamburg.

Why don’t you make it more local than international!

Buona la posizione per visitare, ottima colazione

La camera era piccola, noi eravamo in 4 e ci hanno dato una stanza di piccole dimensioni con due letti alla francese, risultato eravamo strettissimi a dormire e mio marito ha dovuto dormire per terra!

Large Room

Location. It is not located neashopping centre. . Also there is no Subway station nearby.

Good location near city center, comfortable room along with good breakfast.

Cleanliness, room comfort, location. Adding room fridge will add more comfort for travelers.

Lack of support staff to drop luggage to room. Reception staff should give priority to the customer standing right in front of them rather than having long conversations on reception phone. I waited for at least 5min at the counter but they didn't attend me and I left un attended.

超出预期。

早餐的选择中餐西餐都很丰富，每日的品种也都有变化，在成都这个美食圣地也是相当的出色。旅馆的设施设计和管理都很到位，在4星级旅馆里算是无可挑剔的。旅馆的位置也非常方便，步行距离到春熙路商圈。

希望gym的选择再多些。

가성비가 매우 훌륭한 청두 원도심의 호텔

- 위치: 도보 7분 거리에 4호선 타이셩난루역이 있고, 톈푸광장이나 춘시루와도 멀지 않아서 청두 원도심 관광하기에는 정말 좋은 위치입니다. 그리고 호텔 바로 앞 거리 식당, 노점들이 밤 늦게까지 영업을 해서 밤 늦은 시간에도 안전하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 저는 새벽 1시 정도에 호텔에 체크인 했었는데, 그 때도 야식으로 먹을만한 식당들이 꽤 많이 영업하고 있었어요. 패밀리마트도 호텔 로비에서 길 건너 바로 30초 거리입니다. - 프론트 데스크 서비스: 배달 앱으로 주문했는데 음식이 잘못 배달 되어 프론트 데스크 직원분께 배달 기사에게 전화로 말 좀 해달라고 부탁 드렸는데, 너무 흔쾌히 도와주셨습니다. 체크아웃 변경 등으로 몇 번 데스크와 소통해야 했던 때가 있었는데 그럴 때마다 긍정적인 인상을 받았습니다. - 인터넷: 저는 출장으로 방문했기 때문에 호텔 방에서 노트북으로 업무 보는 시간이 길었는데, 인터넷 속도 때문에 업무에 지장이 가지는 않았습니다.

- 제가 못 찾은 건지 모르겠지만, 방에 냉장고가 없습니다. 보통 홀리데이급 호텔에도 미니 냉장고는 있는 걸로 기억하는데 냉장고가 없어서 조금 당황스러웠어요. 과일, 크림이 들어간 음식 등 냉장 보관이 필요한 음식들을 길게 보관할 수 없어서 조금 불편했습니다. - 금연룸인데 담배냄새가 살짝 납니다. 숙박 기간 내내 냄새가 난 건 아니지만 환풍구를 타고 올라오는 것 같은 담배냄새를 어찌할 수가 없어 불쾌했던 때가 있습니다.

A comfortable stay at Chengdu.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast spread is very impressive. Overall a very good place for a family stay.

Very good

a very good hotel in an excellent part of the beautiful city with many shops of all kinds nearby. Very good rooms and clean with an obvious effort to make both the rooms and the common areas even cleaner. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean and airy and the staff was literally at every point ready to clean and help. The quality and variety of the breakfast EXCELLENT covers every taste and here I have to say a big BRAVO to the breakfast staff as they had to manage daily a large volume of visitors a large menu and as I saw demanding customers and yet they managed EVERY DAY. also the check-in staff and everyone else were ready to attend to every need of every visitor. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE HOTEL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.

English & Chinese speaking receptionist. easy checkin and check out. Buffet breakfast with clearly marked allergens. Good location. Clean rooms.

I wish the breakfast was available beyond 10:30am so I could wake up later in the day.

reliable and cosy

I love the soft carpet. This hotel is great value for money and did everything right. I don't think a five star hotel would have provided me with a more comfortable night's sleep.

Superb

The rooms have carpets! I love a nice carpet. Damn good value for money, more comfortable and less fussy than many five star rooms. Decent breakfast.

Not much to note that was negative. The lifts and rooms require you to INSERT your card instead of swipe. Pain in the a**. That's the negative I can think of :)
